My bracket is much higher than last time. I'm in the 4AM bracket. I chose it before I forgot that I have an appointment tomorrow\, so I may get slightly lower points than normal.

I was thinking maybe we should share what bracket we're in on here, while alliance chat is offline for some of us.

I'm in the Tuesday 10 PM (Eastern) slice for the IM 40 PVP, but I may start deliberately picking "bad" slices moving forward, especially if I need the covers. I've been in death brackets for the two 1 AM PVPs so far, and I'd rather easier placement to an easier climb at the top. Death brackets actually depress my score, because the reward/effort ratio drops off a lot faster.

I thought long and hard about the slices for Heavy Metal. I think overall I am likely to pick the first slice (which ends at 10pm for me) in most midweek events, but this week I decided to go for another slice because the PvE will end 2 hours later. I don't enjoy splitting my time between 2 events ending the same evening. I end up not being able to do anything else that day.

All the other slices are pretty much equally inconvenient for me (except one that ends in the middle of the night) so I picked slice 4, aka the old standard time, mostly because I haven't done that yet since splitting has started, and I figured I should try out the madness. After all, I'm fully covered for Daken so if my personal placement is mediocre, it's not a big loss. If my score is high, all the better for the alliance.

Yup! And I had a nightmare bracket (I think #10 was about 1400), so I only had to drop down to 515. Thanks for the indulgence. I won't make a habit of it.

It wouldn't surprise me - I think you were in my bracket for Hollowpoint Kiss, so we may be getting sharded together.

Hit a bit of death-bracket, at least for me, last night with top 10 over 1300 and my 877 only good enough for 32nd! Previous PVPs that would have been top 25 easily.

Will be in the last time slice for Heavy Metal, will give me a bit more time and an extra lunch-time to get some points, though I don't need the black or blue Ldaken covers as mine is 4/5/3 and I know I'm not getting that purple from top 5 to make my 5/5/3.

I'd like to congratulate decoyduck for being in top 10 individual in my bracket.
I'm placed 12th.in the last 5 min .. I was pretty much out of the top 10 race.. I took my popcorn out and watched the close race for 10th place. I saw decoyduck being bumped to 11th place. He recovered and closed the event with 200 points lead over the 11th place person.

Thanks uni, the point spread was very tight in the 9 through 11 range. Grinded till the absolute last moment. Sorry to see you slip out of top10 - look forward to our next bracketing together!

I'm picking the 7pm Eastern (3rd slice) time for the PVP - I would highly recommend people avoid the fourth slice, since that's liable to be vicious because of the covers.

My roster contain punisher 166. Daken 166 cmags 166 Panther 166 x force lvl 150. I have total of 43 toons with 15 3 star toons above 100. Currently 750+ in daken pvp. total season points currently at 5786 looking for active top 50 to 100 alliance. I play multiple hours per day. Looks like the alliance I'm currently in my be falling apart.

Can't win them all. Despite swiping tiles so hard our nails have worn out unevenly, we were left a few spots shy of the top 50 in the crazy event to end all crazy events. Special shout out to Kermit who joined us part way without a GRocket and put up a heroic effort.

On the side of celebration, we recovered very quickly with an exact #50 in Most Wanted. Huzzah!
