This is the first time I actually finished the entire Gauntlet, and I'm surprised that I only whaled one node. Have I become that which I once envied?

Probably not, KK/R&G/3 Cyclops is just a monster team.

Noob here, stuck on node 36 (189 Blade, IF, Cage). I'd love to clear it to get my first Mohawk yellow, and this is the last node I need.

I have most of the 2 *'s championed around 110, Cap (2/2/5) and Hulk (4/4/0) as my only mostly-covered 3*, and then a bunch of 1-6 cover 3*'s and 1-3 covered 4*'s. I don't have purple for Deadpool yet, so whales aren't on option although I have tons of points saved.

I've gotten through most of the event with OBW, 2* Thor, and either Cmags (1 blue 1 yellow) or Rocket and Groot (2/2/2). I used Antman with a single blue to clear a previous strike tile spam node, but that's not helping me here.

Only idea I've had so far is Invisible Woman (1 yellow cover) and a suicide team of strike/attack tile spammers, but I keep losing the invisibility tile to a match 4 before I can kill Cage 1 damage at a time.

I saw a Patch/Loki/CMags suggestion but mine are: 2/1/0, 1/4/2, and 1/0/1, so I don't think they have a prayer.

Any suggestions or do I have to let this dream die? Thanks!

Any suggestions for Node 42 with my current roster? Hood/KK/LCap got me through most of the gauntlet, but with Kamala in the last node, that's not an option here.

Bludgeon them into submission with the purple-black combo, and add in a righteous uppercut as necessary.

Facing lvl 297 KK, 3Cyk, Loki. Have wiped every time. If I try taking Loki first I get either bashed or blasted. If I take KK or Cyk I get mischiefed. Any help would be great.

Without knowing your roster....

Generally taking out Loki first is always a good idea, as even if you can avoid making Match-4's, his cheap 5 Purple over and over again can really wreck you plans (and be annoying as well with long drawn out animations). The AI might save it though for KK's Purple, but you don't want eitehr to go off if you can help it. It's an early game of deny Purple and Yellow IMO, as Cyclops's 7 Yellow is super dangerous too. Any converter skill is really, as it can be so unpredictable and might give him endless cascades.
So, best to field a team that can somehow use those colors.

Here's a suggestion, could work or not:
I'd try The Hood if you have one. That will slow down the 7 Yellow of Cyclops and 8 Purple of KK a bit.
Iron Fist with the always present Attack tile will whittle down Lokie quite a bit. Even at those crazy high levels, he has much less Hit Points than they other two, so he should drop first.
The only **** thing is you'll have to avoid using Iron Fist Purple until Loki is down, as you could make Match-4's and Match-5's that will trigger Mischief, and he will most likely steal the Black you just earned to power Cyclops's Black, which I'm guessing is an insty-kill at these high levels.
Black Panther could also be useful with his Yellow for strong Attack Tiles, but just make sure they don't have enough Black for Loki's Trickery. Once cast, hammer Loki to drop him as soon as possible. This with Iron Fist's Black passive making sure you have an Attack tile every turn could do some very nice damage too.
If you can drop Loki early enough, then all of Purple you've been saving you can then cast Iron Fist's Purple to get lots of Black for Panther, or the magical number of 12 for Iron Fist's mega-punch Purple if you don't feel like giving them 5 Red (or 5 Yellow, whichever they consider the strongest color for whoever is left) even after a Rage of the Panther AOE.

TL;DR = Try Hood, Iron Fist, Black Panther. Take out Loki first, denying Purple & Yellow, and try and cast Battle Plan (Black Panther's Yellow) as soon as possible. Then go apeshit with Iron Fist Purple and get enough for either his own Purple for a Mega-Punch, or Black Panther's Black. Black Panther's Blue as a possible secondary goal to soak damage.

this will prolly be should have been in mission events forum. prolly will be deported there but will likely be seen. unlike suggestion or bugs.

Thanks for the the hint! I was nearly despairing of that node but with that team (even though my Patch & Loki aren't maxed out) it was quite easy.

I agree - they only had 3 turns then I smashed them my patch and Loki are weak too only Loki took damage Great Suggestion

Thanks worked 2nd try with +all colours, +red/yellow, +all damage. Got nailed with cascade that killed hood on first turn on first attempt.

I got that one on my second try with the often suggested here Patch, cMag, Loki. I killed DP and KK and did about 16K damage to Ghost Rider in one turn. Loki just destroys teams this Gauntlet with his thanks to 200+ Patch strike tiles.

I used Mohawk, Steve, and Grocket for the last main line node. A team-up I don't recall, plus boosting all and green/black AP. Went after Deadforce first and then KK.

Might have just been bad luck. Otherwise, I got a lot of mileage from the Cmags or SRSS, Grocket, and Mohawk combo.

For those that have all three maxed (or near maxed, since they're boosted), node 42 was a cinch for me with Grocket/CMags/Punisher, with Pun's 5 cover Retribution being the difference maker...I was able to take down all three enemies with around 8K or so health.
