So, uh, you're about 13 years old, right?

I would ask what gave you that impression, but I already know the answer.

You really should stop taking those controlled substances.

So who are the women you hang out with that can do this? The Olympic Gymnastics team? 80s Barbie Dolls? Because seriously, it is like she has had most of her ribs and organs removed from her torso to twist that way.
  • Well if so many people say that something is wrong, then I guess something must be wrong.

But unfortunately, it's still somewhat less than obvious to me.

Anyway. The cover currently used for Psylocke is Sword of the Braddocks.

The main problem with this cover, imho, is that Psylocke is not wearing her classic costume.

This is the costume she is wearing in the comic.

Looks like a purple version of Emma Frost's costume. 0_o
  • Jesus christ, it's like the artist really wanted to draw softcore porn but had to settle for Marvel instead.

I'm fairly easy going about this sort of thing and I like a good set of **** as much as the next man, but I can see why people get angry about this stuff.
  • If there's anything THAT offensive, I'm not seeing it.

Anyway, take a look at this.

    Keywords here being sex.

Love the new direction Marvel is heading into. icon_e_biggrin.gif

Lol. They definitely know their target market!

I can see what you are saying about her classic costume compared to the costume in the current cover - they are quite different. You must be a big marvel fan to notice that sort of detail.

The censorship is actually surprisingly accurate. icon_e_biggrin.gif

And here I am, in minority that says classic one has hooded armor, while "ninja" one surfaced during Jim Lee's run.

    You mean this classic uniform?

Edit: My bad, you clearly meant this:

    Rofl. Are those for real?!
  • Wow, those are real old school.

Apparently, those are actual costumes worn by her.

I think those 2 costumes were the old ones, the ones worn before she got an asian ninja body.

I actually laughed when someone said the devs don't give a flying tinykitty about us.

    Here's your flying tinykitty.

    *throws a cat*

    EAT TINYKITTY!!

  • Psylocke (Classic)
    3 Star Rarity (Rare)

Psychic Knife - Red 8 AP
Psylocke gains momentum, fluidly chaining attacks together. Deals 59 damage and creates a strength 12 Red Strike tile whenever fewer than 3 exist. Costs 1 less for each Red Strike Tile (min cost 5)
    Level Upgrades
Level 2: Increases Strike tile strength to 19
    Level 3: ???
    Level 4: ???
    Level 5: ???

    Psi-Katana - Black 6 AP
Psylocke carves the enemy up with her psionic katana. Deals 59 damage and leaves the enemy bleeding, converting a basic Black tile to an Attack tile that deals 14 damage to the current target each turn.
    Level Upgrades
    Level 2: 94 damage
    Level 3: ???
    Level 4: ???
    Level 5: ???

Food for thought... see underlined text.

The language of the text seems to imply that she creates new red tiles, not merely converting basic red ones a la Wolvie, Daken, and Doom? Hrmmm....
  • Anyone else thinks her costume in Xmen Sword of the Braddocks (cover used for Psylocke), resembles that of Emma Frost? I mean, it's a literal purple version of what Emma Frost wears from what I see. Except Emma wears a cape thingy.

IW creates a blue tile on her ability, at least that's what it claims. It's not a unique ability, though it's certainly better than just converting (because sometimes you might have nothing to convert).

Lots of abilities use that same wording, I wouldn't read into it. Patch says "creates", Punisher says "converts", and Spider-Man even says "adds a new tile" even though they all behave exactly the same way, by converting a basic tile to a different type of tile.

I wonder if you could strategically use Psylocke's black after Ares' green to recoup what you just donated....

I wish she looked more like her comic cover. Not a fan of the ultra greased down hair.
It needs a bit more life in it. Because she's worth it!
