I emailed support because I couldn't register my email/acct.

I created a new acct and made my post, but now the post is non existence.

I really liked the "puzzle" aspect of the contest, where we couldn't know who the most popular were, but could do our best to figure it out based on what we could see... We have a range of rosters in our alliance, so I could ask people fighting at different levels of competition what they were seeing, too, so that encouraged communication.

If you want to make other puzzles more difficult, obviously you could do them for events that don't have a single required character, or for the non-required characters in PvEs. Or even for a specific PvE map!

If I were you, I would enforce a rigid format for answers next time to make it easier - give a sample answer and a list of character names and ask people to copy/paste. People who copy/paste wrong don't have the right answers. You can also make a blank for in-game name on the sample so there's less legwork, and if there's a "cover of your choice" you can make that part of the sample too.

This was awesome. Free stuff and fun! This is the type of thing that builds goodwill back!

I mean.... I still have the Xforce/Thor nerfs in my mind, and they'll always be there unless they get partially re-buffed (seriously, if they were slightly stronger it wouldn't unbalance the 4* playing field), but this type of thing is starting to swing me back around.

Dang, I initially had pencilled down X-Force because his obvious interaction with X-Pool, but then I considered that very few people would have enough purple covers (or levels) to make that interaction worthwhile. Apparently I was wrong! Also really surprised at seeing 2* people preferring Ms. Marvel to Storm and 1* people preferring IM35 to Juggs. I'm guessing that beginning players don't have yet a good Juggs and people who do, are already at the point where they'd rather play with a 2*.

I didn't provide my in-game name in my PPH post. because of that i added it to my sig (I thought I had made them the same, woopsy)

I sent Ice a PM this afternoon to give him my IGN, but it appears he hasn't checked the PM yet. let me know if i need to PM someone else.

I'm pretty sure they have to send contest rewards to each person individually, so they'll probably continue to trickle in. With luck, they'll let us know when they've finished distributing rewards so anyone who got missed can send a PM then.
