Suggestions for the Mobile User Interface (IMG)

So why can't they still implement this IMG but give the player the option to use the new look and the old look? This way players with bigger phones can enjoy the new IMG and players with smaller phones can still continue to use the existing IMG.0

True this. The thread had more chances of staying relevant by being buried many pages deep in the General Discussion forum than it will have once moved to the first page of that wasteland.0 -
It's been a year now, since this wonderful UI improvement was suggested, and still not implemented into the game. Does that mean that it will never be so, or is there still a glimmer of hope? :I0

It probably never will, but they have been working on Quality of Life stuff this year. I thought this was a phenomenal idea. Saved the photo and viewed it full screen on both my iPad Mini and iPhone 6 Plus. It looks great.0

It is even worse for tablets, all this extra space for nothing. I don't know why I don't have the same view in my iPad than in PC. It is HORRIBLE in iPad, and I guess in the 12 inch iPad Pro is SUPER HORRIBLE0

I'd be happy with just the cycle button. There has been too many times that I have been like next character. Oh do you want to see it's stats? No I want to switch to attack it. How about I show you how much ap they have instead? Fine I'll continue to attack the same person w/e.0

That would be cool, but what I think it is more important is that I REALLY want to see the AP all the time, like in Steam. Most of the time I have problems or lose in fights just because I think the AI doesnt have enough AP for a power yet, when the truth is that it has. This is VERY VERY important, it is a big advantage for Steam users (and yeah I check it every two or three turns, but that is not enough).0 -

Hi all,
I was basically trying to make some adjustments on shatland's awesome rework on the UI:-
· No swiping left or right too.

· Health bars and numbers are all the same size (despite being for a character on the back).

· All the figures (AP, HP and tiles info) have the same font and font size.

· Health bars are segmented, so it's easier to read if someones health is below 75%, 50%, 25%... so you know better when you can fire % related powers.

· Background for tiles is now gray, the colors really pop-up and you can see the blue tiles better.

· The AP amount is inside the color: the figures can be the same size as in HP and the total height of this section can be lower.
Of course this can be redone better, but I just want to keep this thread alive with more fresh ideas because the mobile experience is not as good as it can be (sorry about my english btw).1 -
I first played the steam version of this game and the biggest thing I missed when moving to the mobile edition was the ap totals for both sides.0

It would also be really cool if they used to PC look in the tablet version, and not the scaled version of the phone that we have now. So much wasted space...

Love the redesign concept. It bothers me a lot to swipe left/right to see my AP count. I like how the design has everything pertinent at a glance. Please D3, implement some of these ideas!0

Would love to see this in game!
That said the Devs have been rolling out a ton of quality of life improvements over the past 6 months so they are justifiably busy and I do appreciate that!
Hopefully down the road this could be their next big endeavour.0 -
