    Decided to go hunting for my last Thor now that Shuri and Panther are in Latests.


    I was not able to avoid Angel sadly.  It took 23 pulls to get Thor (all 21 of my Latests and 50 CP) and with some CS magic he will be 5/5/3.

    In those 23 pulls I received an Angel (5/3/3) and a Rider (2/3/3).

    I also received 3 bonuses.  After getting 2 Shuri BH and getting her to 10 covers (2/3/5), I switched to Panther whom is now at a 1/4/3 build (pulled one non-bonus).

    All the rest were usable champ levels: Vulture, Nico (3), Chavez, Fist, Lockjaw, Clagger, Crawler (2), Kraven (2), Nova, Xavier, Moon Knight, Rogue, Riri, Medusa, Cyclops

    Slightly lower odds on the 5s (barely), But much higher on the bonus heroes.  Great haul overall!

    Dropped 175 CP on the Alias Investigations store. Didn't manage to get Jess, but I did get Panther and Goblin covers in colours I didn't have, as well as a Champ level for Vulture that gave me a Spidey colour that I didn't have, a couple of Shuris that brought her from 1/1/3 to 2/2/3, and my first Moon Knight black.

    Then the tokens from placement in Strange Sights let me re-champ OBW, so my queue is once again clear. :)

    I had 25 Heroic Tokens saved up for the Power Season transition (two 10-packs, 5 singletons). Opened them all with not a single 4*. The champ levels gave me 4 more Heroic tokens and from those I pulled two 4* covers with a third as a Bonus Hero.

    I spent 175 in Alias Investigations chasing a JJ or a Goblin, and didn't get either. But I got a champ level for Yondu (2cp), a champ level for C&D (2cp), a Professor X (3/2/3), a cover for Kid Nova (2/4/2), that one yellow Nico cover i needed (6/3/5 - one on the vine wtih 5 days left), 2 Shuris (1/1/4), and a bonus purple Kingpin so I was able to champ him and save the 2 I had on the vine. The LT from that got me a P4nther (2/1/2). After all that I was left with 15cp, so I should get another shot or two before the store closes. Now I really need that PVP season to start so I can grind for 2* covers and turn over some max champs for Iso lol. The 13th Rogue I need is in personal progression in Ultron, so I'll then be sitting on Lockjaw, Nico, and Rogue who are just iso away from champion. Rogue is way down at level 94 though, so that will be a hefty sum to pay up.

    Got a bonus 3* from standard token and Moon Knight from Heroic Token today. Moon Knight is also one of my favourite 4* because he has a wicked green ability that hurts like a truck, true heal and a random passive ability that increases your damage.

    I am enjoying the fact that the following happened:
    1.  I used H5H in December to buy my 13th 5HE cover 
    2.  About a month ago, Kate became a 5HE feeder, and I applied the level 280 cover 2 weeks later to get an extra 5HE cover on my vine.
    3.  Today I had enough iso to finally champ 5HE.

    In case you’re unaware, 5Hawkeye was introduced with the last run of Avengers vs Ultron on March 9, 2017.  So almost one year to the day to champ him.

    I promised myself just 2 pulls/50 CP for Jessica Jones, so first pull, I got a Nightcrawler for a champ level and the 2nd one was JJ's Defenestrate.  Yay!  I'm so glad I didn't have to decimate my meager CP stockpile.

    I had a good cover acquisition day, today. It started with DDQ - Vision's cover gave me Wasp's blue as a champ reward, which brought her to 12 covers and ever-closer to getting champed. Then I had 5 Heroic Tokens. One of them gave me 4Cage for a champ level and another one gave me 4Gamora for a champ level - the reward was a 5Thanos black cover. Nice! Then I hopped over to the Ultron vs Avengers vault where I had one token to use and it gave me the LT out of the vault. Nice again! (Token to the hoard.)

    EDIT: After that I jumped into the new SHIELD sim to squash some seed teams for easy points and I got a Bagman cover to bring him to a nice round lvl 110. Love me some Bagman covers. My goal is to max-champ him by 2028.

    It's nice to have days like today. Too many days bring nothing but 2-star covers.

    I took a shot on JJ's store and bought a 10 pack. Not like I'm gonna pull out her legendary but hey maybe some of the heroics will give me 4s. And if not hey whatevs it's not like you have a boss event every day. Sometimes it's nice to splurge a little. I'm worth it. Anyway, first pull was 500 iso. They gotta give you something kinda blah to build you up for something cool kinda like how when you're a kid your first present is almost always underwear or socks. Ok, so give me more socks, MPQ, how about a 2* or another 500 iso. No, MPQ had other plans. JJ LEGENDARY WHAAAAAT. And that gave me a.... "JJ?" Hell no I'm not that lucky. It gave me a Rogue. Oh, I'm sorry, Rogue, it gave me a Rogue champ level wooooo. The rest was iso and two Dakens. I guess I got two in case I lose one.

    Tempted to spend another 1800 to try and get the C4ge yellow then I just need his red to champ. Decisions, decisions. I have 4 days and 21 minutes to think it over.

    Best part of the dya was beating Ultron with only 1 character and 100 health points left. He had about 9000 when he wiped out the first 2.

    Lightning strikes twice. Spent another 1800 and got C4ge. :) So now Wolvie, Cage, Fury, IW, IMHB, St4r Lord and MEHulk are at 12 covers.

    C4ge also seems like the natural choice for Jessica Jones' feeder once she is out of Latest... Granted, that is many months away but it doesn't hurt to stock up.

    I really wish I had your restraint. My hoard of over 5700 is now just over 2K. So sad!

    I had an early super hot streak and should have stopped but am now regretting it!

    My Goblin went from 8 to 13, Panther from 1 to 8, and Jessica from 0 to 6 covers. I also got two Bonus Thanos Purple which is cool but he’s a sad 1/4/4. 

    I’m praying that if I hoard (and I really mean hoard this time) and just skip out on finishing Angel (11 covers) and Robbie (8 covers) that I can cover Jessica in what... 3 months? when she’s about to enter classics?

    The rough part right now is I now need to chase (in 2 weeks) 228k iso to champ 4* Rider (3 on the vine) and another 350k to champ Spider-Gwen (3 on the vine). Probably not possible without selling some maxed 3s which I wanted to avoid. 

    So why why is this all in the positive thread?  I Champed both Panther and Shuri after busting that hoard which means for the first time ever I have every single latest 4 Champed!  And that’s pretty cool!

    I pulled a Shuri from an heroic which was a nice surprise, I didn't even mind it was her worst cover.

    Started the day off by finishing first in my bracket on ddq. It was an omen. Why can I feel your eyes rolling? Then I was the last hit to kill off Ultron for KA Sith, the first alliance to beat the event. Ok, so to complete my individual progression I needed five more Ultron clears. The first four were cake, nearly wiped on #5 but pulled out the win and then I absolutely destroyed Ultron on the last clear. The JJ token gave me my 13th MEHulk. Champing Fury first though. Deal with it, Hulk.
