    732. It's gone up a little less than 500 in the last 22 or so hours. Might fill overnight; might not before another 12+ hours.

    As for when this is going to fill up, I'm willing to take a guess and say this is going to take probably 1-2 days. The rate at which new people arre joining already seems to be quite low and you can expect it to slow down further, so maybe it won't even fill before the end of the event (although it doesn't reallly look like it, it's too early to say with any certainty). And as you stated that is indeed part of the gamble, and if it does work out be warned that you're in for a heavy (but short) grind most likely since there will probably be more vets checking this thread who will be tough to beat. I'll try to update a few times in the coming day, andhope it works out for you.

    Edit: It does seem that (especially) Iron Fist purple is too good to be true, but we'll see how long it takes before he gets nerfed.

    BTW word on the street is a nerf is already in the works for IF purple so don't get too set on using that power at full strength in his PvP debut.

    Yes brother you are correct. Slice one is the first end time and slice 5 is the last.

    It's 10 hours later now, and since then a grand total of 27 people have joined. 752 players now, leader is Apollo13 with 23.5k, 10th has 20.7k. This will take a while!

    I can't name my source but there has been talk of raising the AP cost of his purple. Initial thoughts are either 7AP or 10AP. I actually feel this is justified since 5AP would destroy the meta quite soundly creating a possibility for XForce SS to go off first turn with boosts.

    Damn, you are waiting for that too? Shoo, shoo, go away. I fear that as soon as the new bracket opens we will see a flood of eager to play players which will make getting a decent place very difficult. Let's hope it opens after the 3rd sub (or is it the second) begins because if we have players who were able to play in sub 2, it's gg for a top 10 or even a top 50.

    Slice 1 is at 853. Considering how slowly it's filling right now (it only gained about 100 or so overnight), it's probably going to be at least another 8 hours. Minimum. It's been getting slower and slower. I think it will probably fill, but I'm not comfortable saying it definitely will, as slowly as it's going now.
