    This was a weird one. I was camping for the past two days so didn't start until today. Went from 0 points up to 1100 in one stretch with no shielding. 2 hops later and I'm higher than I've ever been at 1323. Which may or may not hold for first. DreamRuiner looks like s/he might live up to the name and go past me. In spite of having a 5 blue on baglady... so no dream crushes plx!
    But I'm not hopping again either way. Shielded out until the end.
    Spent boosts like an addict for the last 200 points, and then the hops, and dipped into the hp hoard to do so, so I'm not planning on doing that again any time soon.

    Bring on the Torch-ure.

    Used a boost and 3 healthpacks to score a costly 46 point victory before shielding - and in the meantime a patchneto hit me for 43... Shielded at 885/#8 place anyway, which should be good and well for top 25 - top 5 is out of my reach no matter what.

    But would a kind soul please grant me a 15 point defensive win so that I'd get the token? icon_e_smile.gif

    Edit: Decided to shield hop for 42 points, trading 75HP for 250ISO and a slightly safer #8 position. Who knows, hopefully enough for top 10.
    Edit 2: It was enough! Without it, would've been #11. So ended up being 25HP for 1250ISO icon_e_smile.gif (not sure if this is good or not)


    Too bad I spent all the ISO I've gotten since the end of Deadpool vs. MPQ in levelling that guy, so I have none left to bring my torch up to snuff...

    Got my 1100 cover so I'm satisfied. Don't think it'll hold for top 5, but after that last pvp slog I'm still feeling beaten up and unmotivated to fight any further.

    I just say a 1710 Deadpool, Hulk, Sentry team for 50 points. I took that as hint, shielded, called it quits.

    I suggest hitting a team at 3 minutes left. Tend to work out for me if I can finish before it ends.

    I unexpectedly reached 1100 on an early shield hop, pushing 3 fights in one hop. In my haste, I accidentally bought a 3 hour shield, requiring me to engage the event one more time.

    WIth nothing to really lose, I pushed for a 3 fight hop again. Seriously lucked out, as I was hit from a previous shield hop as I was on the boost select screen. Left the first match to see the shielded hit. Kept going, and successfully broke 1200 for the very first time, to my surprise. May or may not hold onto 5th place or not, but its been a wild ride.

    I'm so seriously praying for no good rewards this next PvP. Let it be someone besides LCap that I have 13 covers for and I'm barely going to attempt top 25. Been hoping for a break but they keep giving me rewards I need or members need more.

    Tinykitty team ups!

    I had a 40 pointer lined up and won - well down to my Daken vs Patch anyway - and a team-up Bewilder (of all things) went off, swiped all the green I hadn't been using and let Patch Berserk Rage me to death icon_evil.gif

    I missed Top 25 by 11 points because of that...

    Someone came out of nowhere, climbed the entire ladder in the last few minutes, and hopped over me with 3 minutes to spare.

    A shame in this day and age that 3 minutes left in the event is about 90 seconds too much time to spare for an opponent.

    Whoever you were, enjoy 6th place... icon_twisted.gif

    It's been a while since we had a hulk reward...
    And that will be a PvP I will not shield and relax up to the end. My only focus now is to get my Sentry, LCap, and Daredevil up to the rest of my roster.

    Guess the zombies were strong in this one at the end.
    I made 5th because two guys behind me unshielded to get into t5, and got devoured lol.
    Could have lived with t10, but the extra ISO always is nice.

    Grats on the win Spoit!

    I climbed back up to the same score as #10 in our bracket, 904 and decided to stop right there @ #11 to let some others grab glory/covers/ISO/Hero pts/etc.

    I didn't think anyone saw me @ #1 earlier when I was grabbing the 1100 Prog Reward, but you did! icon_lol.gif
