Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I imagine that it was due to the immense number of players. I wish the developers would have planned for this. It's kind of like when the lights went out during the Super Bowl. C'mon man!

Aside from that though, a great event. Hopefully I earned enough points to get in top 100. I was at 101 when I started my final match. Finished it, then the server crashed so I'm still in limbo!

The PvE was down for no more than a minute and PvP while down for a hour, there is no point in rerunning and the next one will start soon.

No one wants a rerun, but we do need an extension. The only folks who'd disagree are those who were already shielded til the end. Anyone who wanted their Deadpool and planned to grind the last hour of the PvP are going to find themselves in a Season 4 hole they can't dig out of, unless they get the opportunity to post their usual number of points.

You do realize we're just numbers and dollar signs to them, right? They... don't really care about us as human beings, just pretty sales figures to make a nice powerpoint chart during corporate meeting.

Another thing, why is there a PvE vs PvP thing going on? We're all in the same boat. We're all customers. Why are WE fighting each other instead of sticking together? We're all in the same boat here.

God no wonder business and corporations get away with everything. If you're young, I really feel bad for the future because the gullibility astounds me.

Some of you have no idea how the real world works and it's really, really sad.

There still one bottom line to all that - without that corporation you wouldn't be playing this game at all, it wouldn't probably even exist. What they want is money from customers and to make money they provide contents so you don't trash that game after few weeks... One way or another, that game indeed is free to play; you don't have to toss dollars in it and still play big time. So unless you are forced to throw in some cash (and you are not forced in this game), you still get big return on investment.

Being free to play doesn't mean it can be junk. Also, for me and the other competitive people on this forum, this is not free - we paid to get the best experience we can, and getting NO experience at all due to server crashes or getting a bad experience due to incomplete features is a very bad return on investment.

Now that the servers are back up,the question is what will D3 do to compensate the player base.....

A lot of people missed out on rewards for Thor pvp and Deadpool PvE.

At the very least they should extend the reward ranks....top 5 rewards should be the top 10 rewards etc.

We all wait to see if they actually will make up for this debacle.
