[User Collected] Recruit token probability

I think you're okay now. For some reason, someone had deleted your data on the new version of the spreadsheet. I had to go through all the columns from the old version to the new one to find out which column/user was missing. If you have added any tokens since the switch from the old version to the new version, then that data is unfortunately gone, unless you happen to have saved it somewhere else. Such is the nature of allowing anonymous user access; anyone can delete anyone else's data.qscxzawed wrote:I am Zero wrote:I found that someone had deleted Qscxzawed, I've added him/her back, which sets the values back to positive.
Wait what happened? Is there anything I need to help fix?0 -

Okay thanks!
I'm sorry you had to go through all that trouble though...0 -
Opened up about half of my standard tokens. Added about 100 tokens to the stats
All praise sell all button0 -
With the latest patch increasing the probabilities of 2*, I changed the Total 4/30 to Total 5/8. We should be seeing 2* at a better than a 13% chance from now on.
If I overstepped, I have the 4/30 values if you want to revert back.
[edit] I just opened 20 standards; 13 1* and 7 2*.0 -
I just added my 1000th standard token to the spreadsheet so I though I would post to commemorate.
Top 3 covers are:
Storm (Modern) 164
Iron Man (Model 35) 154
Juggernaut 1230 -
I would like to see more information regarding event tokens. Instead of having a tab for each specific event (an thus a smaller sampling size), you should have a tab that encompasses all event tokens. Then add a field for 'Featured Hero/Villain" and you'll be able to figure out the skewed probability for the featured character.
I only keep track of my pulls on a star-basis not on character-basis, and ^ is how my list operates.0 -
Just started playing again for the first time in 6 months so I added the info for the 90 (!) standard tokens I had received over that period of time. I had been quite worried that with all the new characters I'd have to buy more roster slots, but I didn't actually get any of the new characters lol. Hilariously after I ran through those 90 tokens I got one as a reward that gave me my first Psylocke cover, so I finally bit the bullet and got rid of my model 35 Iron Man to make room0

What do you mean skewed probability? I put the percentages at the 2nd half of the tab that includes the higher percentage for the featured character. Or did you mean something else? Do you have an example of what might be a better way of collecting the info?0 -
I have 291 Recuit token. I will wait till 300pcs.
And i will open it...0 -
I was sent here from another post.
Here is 154 tokens from the last two weeks. From what i've heard the numbers are pretty average, but take a look anyway. http://imgur.com/a/OZFCJ.
The last 3 pgs got messed up, but enjoy.0 -
Seems like Fury was stealthily added to Heroic tokens. People on the forums are already posting pulling him from 10-packs, and he does appear in the info now. But there's no info for standard tokens. Anyone pull him from a standard token?0

Today I added standard token number 2000 to the spreadsheet. Judging from my last post, it's taken about 5 months to get 1000 tokens.
Top 3 are:
Storm (Modern) 315
Iron Man (Model 35) 298
Juggernaut 2440 -
% of 3* has been reduced? because in the last 20 attemps I've got only one 3* character0
-
In my own test, over the last two weeks (I've only been playing for about 3 weeks now), I've been saving RT until I get 20 (which was really easy with the Lighting Rounds!) and then open them all at once. I did this three times with the results of 4,5,4 for 2* cards. So in those cases that worked out to be 20/25/20 percent or an average of 21.6% of getting a 2* card.
The fun/funny part was in the first instance 3 of those cards were Classic Storm, the 2nd time had 2 Astonishing Wolverine, plus another Classic Storm, the 3rd instance they were spread over all different characters (though yet again one was Classic Storm and one was Astonishing Wolverine).0 -

You're able to get 3* from a standard RT? If so, my luck in that totally blows, all of mine have come from Gold Cards, either standard Heroic or the special event versions.
Yes you are able to get 3* from standard RT. I have personally gotten a blue cover 3* beast and another one which I believe was a red cover 3* capt marvel from standard RT.0 -

It's a really low percentage (I wanna say around 2%, as when I was flush with Iso I would waste it on standard recruit tokens & around 1 in 50 would be a 3*). Sometimes you just get lucky. Last week a few of my alliance mates and I each pulled a 3* off of the standard token we earned from the 50 point progression reward in the lightning rounds.0 -
Hi, this is my first post and I'm on day 50, but quite honestly I'm confused about any consistency with probabilities in this game. I too have pulled 3* out of standards, in fact just 2 weeks ago I got nick fury from one. Less than 24 hours later I pulled an x force from a heroic, then by the end of the night a hulk from a heroic. Now it was an unusual luck streak, but coincidentally the hulk pull gave me the last 3* cover I could collect. Now I'm not complaining here, but I'm in the middle of leveling up 2* covers which I have 9 or 10 characters with all 13 covers. Since season 8 ended I've collected in total around 30-40 tokens between standard and heroic and not 1 single 3*. Is there a fix in this since I've collected at least 1 cover of all 3* characters? The numbers just don't add up here, I'm playing my **** off and throwing away a ton of covers wondering if I will ever get a shot at another 3*. I'm regularly using colossus and mystique because I have 5 covers for them, but I want a chance to get covers for guys like hood and gamora.0

Tokens are random % of what you can get. Don't count on them to build your 3* teams, you have to win them in PVP and PVE. You will come to look at standard tokens as extra ISO. Getting to 3* land will take 5-6 months from where you are now. For either of your 2 3* look at it this way, if one is the prize in PVE and you win 4 covers that is 9. They will then be the progression reward for 10, and finally they will probably be a prize in PVP. IF you are a 2* team top 100 would get you 1 more cover and if you are in a top 100 alliance 1 additional cover. Now the question will be will you be a 12 covers or will you be at 10-11 because one power will be at 5 already? You will need this to happen twice in order to max cover your top covered 3*. A couple tips are this, if you don't have the HP for roster slots hold off on opening your heroic and standard tokens. The most painful thing you can do is get a 3* you cannot add to your roster. Keep leveling and playing your 2* team and hord ISO. you might get to the point where you have 300-400k ISO and that is good. Once you get 9-10 covers for some good 3* go ahead and level them. They become equal or better than 2* at around level 120. Covers will eventually come just be patient0
