    You can’t avoid it, except by trying to keep the AI from getting Black AP. But you can have your own Taskmaster “learn” that ability by clicking his Info button on team selection screen, then selecting each color (in this case Black) and scrolling through his abilities until you pick the one you want, then click the Learn button.

    You can override them with special tiles, using characters like Dr Ock or Psylocke, or stunning him/her should disable those traps temporarily.
