Btw, "run" goes in quotes because the control these folks have is far, far softer than it was in earlier years. There are way more PvP players now, way more strong rosters that do whatever they want, and the hardcore players are generally far less hardcore (has there even been an alliance vs alliance war in the last two years? When was the last serious "invasion?").

The different cultures at the top still exist, and still matter, but they matter much less now than they ever did.
