5* Electros black power damage can be nasty, even without godboost

I wonder if the purple bonus damage goes around invisibility, does 3* Namors, really don’t know

I don't get it. He's perfectly fine but they've gone out of their way to make him read like trash.

It’s that darn lack of clarity about “teammates” and “allies”. Some abilities that use “allies” don’t include the user, like 3/5 Thanos and Gambit. 5* Elektra’s Yellow clearly states “Elektra or her allies”. But some do, like 5* Colossus and Melinda May. Then there are those I’m not sure about, like 3* Gambit’s Black, IM46, Crystal.

As for “teammate”… well I believe Honey Badger’s Purple doesn’t include herself.

I guess whenever we see the word “ally” or “teammate”, we’ll just have to test them ourselves innit

My 5* Winter Soldier is 4/4/3 without the quest shards.

• his purple passive is his best power. And it’s a good one. You’ll want this set to 5. At 4 it’s still money. It counts Bucky as a Tbolt as well. Priority Threat doesn’t active until your 2nd turn. Once it does, it’s best to switch the tagged character out as you won’t get the extra damage if the tagged is first or the only one.
• The purple passive at lvl 4 deals 50% of the damage to the tagged character that’s done to another character when done by a Tbolt. Thats any damage. Tile destruction, CD, whatever. Awesome thing is if a Tbolt does an AOE, the tagged character takes that 50% 3x which means the tagged character takes more damage than the other 2. And Bucky’s AOE costs 5. Yeah.
• his red AOE is cheap and is money with the purple passive. The red passive is kinda noticeable when it hits. Especially the yellow.
• The yellow hits VERY hard. Especially when you don’t target a A/S/P tile. And you can place it in a very safe place. And this procs the purple passive as well.

I have a 1Yekena5 and she and Bucky are great together. A blue Yelena trap match smacks with the purple passive and so does her cheap black power.

Think he looks pretty good. Probably run him 5/5/3 since the yellow hits hard enough that I don't think I need it at 5. What builds are y'all thinking of?
