How many experimental web tiles does her blue make? It doesn’t say how many.
Actually…. It doesn’t say it makes any at all. She stuns the character and makes a CD that stuns the target an additional turn.
When mixed with 5s, the blue stun is always useful and the black AOE can be buffed. Otherwise, meh, even in her own tier. Her Red is weak comparatively and her stun only works on one enemy at a time. The only good thing here is cheap active powers.
This is a “fun” character, not a competitive one. The next 5 * better be good!
So we can't use her with other web tile characters I assume? Well we can of course but not to any useful effect.
Also - an aside but as Peter Parker Spider-Man now has two feeders isn't it time to make him worthy of that by giving him a nice buffy rebalance?

Though are some oddly designed powers - I kept reading expecting more Experimental Webbing creators to appear, but none ever did... Think it should just have been a bigger bonus on her other skills if an **Experimental Webbing tile exists, as scaling is pointless - and shouldn't the black have simply been that it deals damage to friend & foe **unless an Experimental Webbing exists? Presumably Experimental Webbing tiles aren't considered web tiles by anyone else, so she doesn't have synergy with the countless other Spider-Family members either.
If she does inspire a Peter Parker rebalance though, that could be contribution enough. ^_^
If she is isolated in terms of experimental web tiles then she is in Call the swarm for the 4* tier territory. There is not much to recommend her but will reserve full judgment until I actually have a go.
How is the % damage calculated? Percent of what?
Also, did she already get nerfed? I feel like the 5 cover version of power two was 50% last night.

Her red and black powers refer to the countdown tile as an ‘experimental webbing tile’, because it was generated by the blue power, so it’s the number of these countdowns on the board that affect the damage output. There is no new type of web tile. In fact she doesn’t generate any web tiles at all from what I’m reading. Somewhat curious for a spider character…

Good new 4* for beginners. Cheap powers, really long stun, and she can selectively cripple a foe. Deathlok and shuri would make her shine.
