Unstable Iso-8 and The Hunt are confusing in terms of progression and required. For Unstable, Jeff is the 5* progression reward. Doesn't that mean that Jeff will be the required 5* ? Why is it listed as Ronan instead? If Ronan is the placement reward for The Hunt, that means Ronan will be the progression-cum-essential 5* for the event after the Hunt (which according to the calendar is Meet Grocket) right? The line that I bolded: is it a copypasta error?
Also, honestly. Put progression rewards on top and placement below. That makes it much easier to follow.
Are you seriously NOT running Guardian PVPs for the movie release? Also, the 5/11 - 5/18 boost list is an embarrassement of riches.
I hadn't even clocked that. No boosted Guardians either! Very strange promotion for a tent pole film - the Guardians have less taken over than utterly disappeared!
Looks very nice and organised and very detailed with the new support release, and the break between boss and webbed wonder events clearly marked.
Seems odd not having any GotG characters anywhere, unless those will appear in a separate thread that details the special events and the quest stuff (mentioned in the other thread) for this Gotg "takeover" period?
Oh, but - thank you for posting this, it is appreciated!

I would guess AAPI month based on the vault, and the extra boost being Wong and Shang-Chi

I had to look that up and didn't know there was a vault! Will go look at now.
Although that doesn't explain the 6 boost week? Shang Chi sure but the other 5? So I wonder if that is another mistake? They can dump Goblin that week if they like!

yeah, good call. Maybe Switch is supposed to be Samurai Daken or something
Maybe the week after will have 7 boosted 5s! Because we're going 4 - 5 - 6. 4s are weird, too 5 - 7 - 6. Actually none of the tiers are consistent. Was it always like that? I never pay attention to boosted 4s or 3s.
oh man, Apocalypse AND Beta Ray Bill together.
they're gonna wreck shop. It'll be like, 70k damage for 6 blue (and 7 yellow i guess). looking forward to it.
Only "mention" of the GOTG is the Milano in the picture. No additional boosts, no featured events etc.
The quests feel like they were tacked on by a different group and sort of accidentally ended up in the game. Shame when these quests were to some extent the best new thing in the game in a while. Good rewards encouraging different play, if only they'd been better integrated and not quite so grindy.
Their enemies get more time in the spotlight! Thanos, Ronan and the new Highly Complicated all featured.
This is what I liked seeing
"Implemented 'Pick X', a function allowing players to choose from multiple rewards. Currently used in the Tutorial to choose from 3 3-Star characters. Implemented support for multi-tier Event Quests."
Looking forward to choosing my rewards so I can get what I need.
KGB
I like the updated visual calendar with break time and release days.
I feel like a missing opportunity to have all these GotG quests and very little on the event front (new toon, but not synergize with quest, gamora boosted but prolly random).
Puzzle Ops at the end of the month only goes till Sunday. Normally it would go until the following Wednesday. Ordinarily I’d just assume that’s a graphical error, but given recent history, I’d like to make sure that Puzzle Ops will be the usual 6-7 days long and not 3. Thanks
Between GotG 3 and AAPI month, we should only be seeing 4* and 5* centered pvp. Disappointing.
Umm... aren't Hearts of Darkness and Thick As Thieves rewarding 5* High Evolutionary shards in placement and progression, respectively? Both list Magik, instead.

I agree, I like the 4* featured PVPs because they let me actually play with 4s, and I like the 5s because I can then field three of them. They definitely add some variety, as opposed to just dragging along a 3* you don't use all the time.
It does seem that Broken Circle doesn't like varying the PVP events as much as the old devs. I wonder if that is a philosophy or just that they don't want to put in the additional work -- which to be fair I have no idea how much it is.

As we inch closer to almost a decade of play, I'm amazed they didn't invest the time and money to develop a simple drag and drop pvp event creator. I feel bad for whoever is hand scripting these events after a decade.
