Just a note of the power descriptions for those that haven't read them yet. (At level 200)
Purple for 7 AP choose a color and place a control trap room tile in that color. For each Murderworld Trap tile on the board deal 506 damage to a random enemy. If it matches the control room tile's color then deal double the damage and destroy an adjacent tile. Passive - At the start of battle create a purple control room tile and then every turn after create a Murderworld trap tile (up to 6). Murderworld trap tiles do 70% less damage without a control room tile on the board.
Blue for 7 AP choose a pair of colors and deal 506 damage to the target for each Murderworld trap tile in those colors and an additional effect for the colors chosen, removing trap tiles in those colors.
Black for 7 AP chose and place a 2-turn Doombot repeater which deals 1518 damage and creates 1 Murderworld trap tile when it activates. Passive - If there is a Doombot repeater and at least 8 Murderworld trap tiles on the board at the beginning of the turn destroys a trap tile and deals 630 damage to the enemy team and 180 damage to Arcade's allies.

If I remember right the black power is also the one that grants stun immunity, but it has prerequisites, as in one of the black powers trap tiles has to be on the board or something. I know I stunned him once with Polaris when he lived long enough for me to reach 7 blue.

There must be differences between the 2 events then because I'm not seeing anything on there about stun immunity.

On the prep screen (or whatever it’s called after you tap the node), it says, “This enemy cannot be Stunned.”

That is just for the event. I'm pretty sure it usually says that for the boss characters. Like on Welcome to Shield it says the same thing in the 1v1 nodes for Rocket & Groot and Doop.

He hasn't lasted long enough for me to see him do anything, either.

I will also note that though it says he can't be stunned, Chasm apparently wasn't notified.
    Broken as intended

Anyone else having trouble with the nodes not unlocking and making you wait the entire 7 hours?

I coulda sworn I saw something about stun immunity related to his tiles when I scanned his powers in my first play of the boss node. I'll have to check again next time I play it.

EDIT: I was thinking of one of his blue abilities, the tile stuns the enemy team for a turn when matched.

Has anybody seen any power difference between DeMaster and ReMaster? What I've seen is that Arcade is at the same level and covers for both events, at least up to round 3.
Might be the side nodes later on? If so, that would come in handy after the first 3 node refreshes when the difficulty scales up.

I just noticed a new goon or maybe it's a goon that got a new costume on the side node. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. It's called Arcade's Doombot A. I've no idea whether it has the same ability as the existing doombot because it simply dies everytime I see them. If they have the exact same abilities, then it's time to wreak havoc because even goons got new costume. :D

Yeah it has a funny bow tie.
According to doop decode we will get another character in a bow tie costume.

Double boss events that splits the alliance up is very annoying to me. My alliance doesn't quite understand that you have to hit one side at a time and people are tackling both sides. It's driving me nuts. I'm trying to guide them on a strategy but they are disregading.

I'm now in the market for a new alliance after this event  :D

I'm glad I found this thread because I was kinda frustrated as to why I can't play the other event when I clear the nodes in the other. xDD

Though to be fair, I dislike a bit that part. Because I know FOR SURE I can reach progression awards had the two events been open. That's how I got my MThor and Chasm.
Not to mention that my alliance is super casual so we rarely reach even round 6 I think... don't quote me on that. That's why at least full progression is important for me.

Nice to see a couple of new things for this new event. But I’m not a fan of these split alliance events , if you have an alliance like mine where we don’t all live in the same continent it’s difficult to coordinate a strategy and I feel the points required for the last 2 rounds are too high

tried to advise everyone to play one side but at least 2 of my alliance went on the other side , though I think even if they had gone the same we would struggle to reach completion as we have about 10 who will get over their personal target and a few more who score highly, the rest are either new or not regular players

we normally get to complete by late Saturday or early Sunday but fail with the high point ones like this event

other than that I’ve liked the event , turned animation back on for the first time in a couple of years so that’s beeen fun to watch

I'm looking at our scores right now and we have 8 (7 already) who have or definitely will hit personal progression. Then we have a little straggler group who might hit it depending on how things are scaling for them and then we have at least 5 who are not getting anywhere near.
