the black node of nop isn't working correctly. I created a video you can clearly see I had 5 life left at the end. it then jumped to 30. putting me over the 20 or less.

This happened to me twice. I won two games on the black node with less than 20 health, and the next screen loaded showing me over 20 health (possibly exactly 10 health over what I actually had).

I was also informed by @Mainloop25 that oath of gatewatch node × or less was also incorrect. in its calculations0

The fight with Tyrant of Valakut in Oath of the Gatewatch - Part II has the same problem with the survivor objective where you end the fight with 10 or less life but then it gives you extra life for no reason and you fail the objective.0

it's not the event that's bugged, its just giving back hp at the end of the fight.
I ended my last fight with 10hp, and even on the end objective screen, it SAID 10hp, it then flashed and said 32hp and I didn't get credit0 -
Strangely I ended my fight with 10hp, got some hp back after the fight (no lifelink, just "normal" regeneration), about 23 or so, but still got all objectives
EDIT: this was yesterday. Now I ended tje fight at 20, got 2 hp back and the last objective didn't count... I don't know0 -
When this can be figured out and solved? I met this bug again and again for weeks.0

The solution to this is that at the end of the fight, any life you lost from "lose X life" abilities, you get back. You have to take DAMAGE. Any damage taken from anything like Demonic Tutor, which makes you lose life equal to the number of black gems, you will get back at the end of the round and screw your bonus up. SO, remove any "lose X life" cards from your deck, and pray your opponent doesn't use them. And maybe fix the bug :-)0

But if they use "lose life" cards against you, you're also screwed.
I'll say it again: either stop running this event or, even better, charge the objective until this is fixed0
