There are a few posts about this issue on the Nodes of Power thread but I couldn't find a thread here, but the issue is ongoing.

I regularly finish a battle with less than 20HP, then between the end of the match and the reward triggering, my Planeswalker regenerates and the achievement doesn't register.

I've lost multiple ribbons because of this bug. Is it being addressed?

    I have the opposite issue.  Life gain not triggering on the killing swing and therfore missing the > 100 life objective. This also needs fixing.

    the order of operation is
    1. deal damage
    2. opponent hp updated
    3. damage dealt lifegain calculated and applied

    as it never gets pass stage 2, you will never get
    to stage 3 on a killing lifelink blow.

    Well it's wrong then. Damage and gain from lifelink should be simultaneous as it is in the real game.

    Please fix this. It is one of the hardest objectives, and it is just infuriating knowing that you have actually made it under 20 HP and then it jumps up after the match to over 20. How is this hard to get fixed?
