    Question -- on the main PvP page, the slot underneath your score and rank is supposed to be your alliance's score and rank, correct? Is this displaying for anyone? Mine's blank.

    First victory that I got since the update would have pushed me into the 700s. It even told me I got the reward... then I left that screen to find out I had been hit back into the 600s. No reward, only disappointment

  • Yeah, if the victory screen is telling you you got a progression award, and then you don't get it, that's a problem. Not happened to me (yet).

    Animations - Unlikely, but possible. Turning off animations means that in order to play efficiently, all players will do that and as a result, the amount of work that gets put into creating the animations goes largely to waste.     This really comes purely down to implementation time. We've got a listing of minor improvements a mile and a half long and we work through them as we can (like the match 4s not breaking correctly you see in R54). So they make sure there is no chance to turn them off, all the unwanted and unwelcome material must be stuffed down the players' throats. While they can keep up stating there is no time and resources to process the endless list of requests players actually want and need.

    I have a question about something raised here, what is it that needs fixing about Ares Sunder countdown? I use him quite a bit and as far as i can see it works as it says it should.

    If Ares uses Sunder at low health and dies from it the counter is placed still and deals damage on expiring (though at least will not resurrect him icon_e_wink.gif.

    This is just an example of bugs that are many months old, confirmed and not dealt with despite it requires like 1 line of code. I think the Bugs topic even have a summary thread for known outstanding issues, not as if it stopped people from reporting them over and over every few weeks. Whenever we have a DA-themed PVE with Ares battles it's a safe bet you'll see at least one new topic opened for him.
  • Is anyone else having trouble getting the new Update? I've restarted the app, restarted my iphone, check the app store and the title screen still says I'm running R53. The app store only gives me the option to "OPEN" the app and not "INSTALL" the update.

    Thanks pasa, i havent noticed that myself, I'll keep my eyes open for it. Presumably it only occurs if the AI is using him, or is it that players are intentionally killing him off? Certainly cant be hard to fix though.

    Ye, I already saw responce about animations, but it's kinda 1 thing in which I can at least understand them. But making new animations kinda each weak & don't have time to resize 1 window, which should require just 1 min with compilation time is stupid.

    It does it for players too, a long time ago I used it when my ares only had 9 health left, but it's rare that a player will get an advantage off of it. But yeah, the big problem is when a level 300 PvE Ares uses it against you and kills two guys icon_e_sad.gif

    Seconded. Since PVE sub-events don't tend to have progression rewards, this new feature doesn't have any effect at all in PVEs.
