Not the best Featured characters from my perspective but still wont complain. I just hope that new character wont be Onslaught. I just do not like the idea.

So no 4 star required in the Savory Burrito ?  That’s a nice update to game play

5* release pattern is exhausting. Who thought this was a good idea? 4* tier is over saturated so let’s just do the same thing with (much harder to obtain) 5*s? 

Come on. Can’t there be some creativity? How about letting us move beyond max champ, maybe add a few extra goodies for a “prestige” tier character and run some special stores with them. A full rework wouldn’t be necessary as evidenced by how incredibly OP some 4*s are when boosted to SCL 10 levels.

If it’s just going to be more of the same, can we please get some feeders so this model isn’t totally unsustainable? Shards aren’t cutting the mustard. There have been some interesting developments with the game lately, this isn’t one of them. Resources need to be revamped if this is the new normal. 

I have continued spending, at an ever decreasing rate, through a lot of ill conceived ideas. If I can’t even cover the latest 5s what is the point? It seems like you don’t want moderate spenders ($100-$300 monthly) which is just insane. We support the game as much as anyone else. Make it worthwhile to do so.

I have to agree with the fact that shards are not cutting it.

I'm curious to see if anyone has ran the numbers on how much it would cost to "buy" a fully covered 5 star.

It seems like you don’t want moderate spenders ($100-$300 monthly) which is just insane. We support the game as much as anyone else. Make it worthwhile to do so.

If they revamp rewards I feel like they will just do another nerf to resources. Honestly getting more and more bored of the game.

My theory is that they want the non-whale vets to leave - or at least don't care if they do. I expect they have numbers showing where the sweet spot is for non-whale spending and it's not with the folks who are chasing the few 5*s they don't have champed.

What is insane is saying 100-300 monthly is moderate spending. Put your money elsewhere, please. The VIP pack and a MAX of one special offer per month is my ceiling and I'm very happy with the game. I doubt I'm in the minority.

Moderate is a term that means something different to everyone when it comes to money. 

There are folks who spend a lot more, and many folks who spend a lot less. The fact is though, I can afford it without hardship and that’s where I choose to spend it. That will slow down or stop completely if the game doesn’t start to make some favorable changes for player progress though.

There are people with a coffee budget that high by the way. Sure it is nothing to sneeze at, but it’s hardly outrageous.

If that theory is correct, they are doing it wrong. It's a pretty well established tenet of F2P game economies that you need a LOT of plankton in the sea to feed a population of whales, and by that I mean that the entire psychology of whale spending behavior is driven by being "better" than their peers - that "better-ness" either takes the form of bringing up their friends/alliance or beating down their enemies, but either way you need a set of benchmark "others" against which to compare yourself. If there are no more fields to conquer, the whales will leave as well.

I assume you are being facetious and know that they just left off the required 4 due to some type of oversight.....

Although I suppose it's always possible they are changing the DDQ structure, it would not be a good move for their business model to remove the requirement that most frequently demands a 4 to be rostered (every 94 days in DDQ).  So I'm going with 99.9% oversight, 0.01% change in the DDQ requirements.
