    It'd be a better UX if they only gave me a popup when Something Went Right.

    I fully understand that bugs in a game related to something as complex as M:tG are bound to happen, but at this point it's almost like they don't even playtest the things they implement. This entire "holiday season" was a direct slap in the face to the players as a whole, and all we get is "Sorry, holiday hangover" on top of the regular awful service from CS? That's definitely not okay and it's time someone holds these people accountable.

    Hi Everyone. Ever since I started the Assistant Producer role, I've been out of the loop in regards to Customer Support, as my responsibilities no longer have me interacting with them on a daily basis.

    Having said that though, I'll be sure to reach out to the team member that has taken over that responsibility, and request that they look into this situation.
