    I *would* kind of love it though if a decidedly street-level child (molly) came out as a dominant meta 5*. It would be pretty fitting with some of the other nonsensically good characters in that tier.

    Look at Molly's attire on the Runaways television show and it isn't a far leap. Considering it's a clue for a 5 star and the roster of the Runaways, Molly's the prime person for a 5* legendary character over Chase or Gert. 

    I could totally be wrong, but Karolina's powers and indication she works well with others on the Runaway team lead me to believe we're still getting another Runaway before they move on to other characters/properties.

    Why is it a clue for the cast of Runaways? We never got two Runaways characters in a row before so I never connected those dots. Don't get me wrong I am sure you are right and I am happy if Molly joins the game but in isolation it isn't at all obvious to me, lol! When I think of Molly, her jeans is not the main thing that jumps out at me over all her other character traits. From my time reading the comic books (I have only seen a few episodes of the show) I would have more likely flagged up how she likes wearing hats.

    There have been many instances where we got one clue for a new character from the forum and a different clue from the App Store update notes. 

    I just look at “acid-washed jeans” as a pretty obvious reference to the drug LSD or acid. And Karolina was called Lucy in the Sky (unsaid: with Diamonds) aka a famous Beatles song about acid. 

    So whoever is next....a week from now....I think our clue will come from the next Update’s notes (for R194) which should be posted next Monday.

    If I were parsing that clue, I’d assume a character from the ‘80s when those were popular. It could be a homophone for “acid wash genes,” indicating a character who had undergone some sort of gene editing, or performed it. Mr sinister? That Kitty costume we just got?

    So now I am extra confused - are you Bluewolf saying the clue isn't for the next character? I am pretty certain the "Cheese & Onions" was referenced on the Forums by a Dev also as the clue for Karolina in a different thread to this one?

    Acid wash jeans is 100% a Karolina Dean clue. R191 was MODOK, R192 was Beta Ray Bill, the R193 clue was Karolina. We haven't had a new clue since then for a new character.

    We do often get more than one clue (Apple iOS generally has a different clue from the forums), and I would list Cheese & Onions as a second clue for Karolina. Especially as both clues point back to her anyways with the Beatles references.

    OK...so are we then basically saying Molly Hayes comes from data mined information if people are linking her based upon a wrong clue? Actually no don't answer that...we shall wait and see.

    Well, the answer to that is already here, if you want it. But there's nothing stopping you from avoiding it to go in blind for the surprise, if that's what you'd prefer.

    No...... presumably Monday will see the next update (R194) and a clue (or two) will be included in the update notes.

    I have no foreknowledge of the next character, but I strongly suspect that it would be a Runaways character solely due to Karolina's power set.  It's stupid to have a power that depends on team affiliation when there is only one other character with that affiliation. The only way it makes sense is if they had other Runaways characters in the pipeline.

    As far as which Runaways characters seem most likely, Chase and Molly seem to have the highest profile.  I would have thought we'd be due for another 4* character before the next 5* though.

    I would think Gert because A- kinda cute, B- dinosaur for power switching, C- makes a nice bobblehead. 
    I still like Nico best. Already have her champed. I assume they will add a third Runaway at some point though.

    There are a few explicit duos floating around though, I wouldn’t be too surprised if Runaways stopped here.

    Personally,  additional Runaways are pretty far down my list of characters I want to see in the game.  Also, lots of PVP is built around duos, and a lot of PVE too.

    I mean there's always a chance they add a third Runaway eventually.  You can request it on surveys etc.  It would probably help if Karolina was better since I have a hard time imagining too many players getting excited about building a team around her.

    I'd be fine if there were never another Runaway added in, and Team Iron Man remains woefully understaffed.  The fact is that affiliations are of minimal impact on the game.

    I’m not super interested in more Runaways either, but I am curious to see what else is coming in this new Protect Tile game they are trying to get over. BRB is pretty good even without his boost mode.

    I‘m one cover away from finishing Stark, so I’m really hoping for more team Iron Man in the 5* tier (especially with less color overlap). But the fact that his wife didn’t get the tag leaves me to believe it’s a dead affiliation.
