    I'm starting to feel like Linus waiting for the Great Pumpkin.  

    Or maybe this is just a realization that no advertising is needed.  The hype train in my mind left the station weeks ago, and actual details can only be a letdown.  Why should the official message makers spend the mental energy, when I've already gotten myself excited?  Well played, official forum.  Well played

    I’m pretty sure that every recent Anniversary has had the details released just one day early. 

    So look for information tomorrow. 

    In their defense, given that the Anniversary usually includes bonus offers on HP/iso, special advantageous stores/vaults, etc it doesn’t help them a ton to officially tell give us the information very early, since it would just make spending and things grind to a halt beforehand. 

    That said.....the communication lately has been very hit or miss. Still no official post about Hammercap’s buff.

    And if I remember, the info comes out piecemeal, with the Anniversary Details thread being updated each week. So yeah, I’d expect “Week 1 Anniversary Details” tomorrow. My guess is that they will bookend Anniversary with feeders.  My guess is either Gambit/Cable get feeders (last two anniversary characters) or Hulk (oldest without a feeder) and Kitty (biggest fan favorite/ make the most people happy).

    Maybe we're just skipping 6*, 7*, 8*, etc. and going straight to level 2099*?

    Seriously, though; I'd really love it if he was a Limited 3*. We still don't have one of those and Spidey2099 would fit in just fine in 3* Land.

    Spider 2099? Ugh. Why do we keep getting rehashed copies of the same character? Why not introduce a new character? Hobgoblin? Mr. Sinister? Werewolf by Night?

    According to marvel.com press release he’s a 4* as well, suppose we don’t have too many spider characters in that category!

    IW iron spider, spider Gwen, spider woman, Miles Morales and Peter porker!!!
