    What's definitely clear is that there is widespread confusion and consternation among the userbase because of a lack of transparency from D3.  If as part of the announcement D3 had told us upfront it was going to result in changing drop rates for basic boosters, that the 'standard' packs from the VIP plans would actually be 'VIP' packs and exactly what those packs would contain and so on, there would be far less uproar and conspiracy theorizing right now.

    This update just follow the master rule of this game.

    You never know what is a bug and what is a feature in this game.

    @klep - this kind of brilliant logic is sadly wasted on these forums.

    However, even though this has been raised numerous times there have never been any indication of improvement. I am left with the feeling that D3 do not know what is coming in a release and Oktagon are not sure what they can/must deliver in time.

    If I reread the OP in this thread there is zero mentioning of VIP boosters. There is no indication about a non-dupe booster pack. All, I’m left with is speculation about what “more booster packs” will be (Master plan section) or what “special discount” is related to i.e. PW, boosters or custom card deals (to give a few examples).

    I know that @Brigby has previously stated that if his messages are to specific, he will get flamed if some advertised content is missing due to delays. But this has gone to far into the opposite ditch, if you ask me.

    A parable would be something like this “Next month, your house will arrive and we are just as excited to see what will arrive, because we don’t know anymore than you do.” Well, image the surprise when a container apartment arrives instead of the Mediterranean villa, you thought was described in the sales pitch.

      Whaow.... those exclusive offers for VIP members are amazing!

     For more than 3 dollars, i can get 50 crystals ... Which isn't even enough to buy a 5-card booster ... 

      Definitely a great improvement to my player experience!

    It isn't even enough to buy a nerfed 5-card standard booster.

    About time. Hope it goes through. The industry saw i coming and can thank EA for making it take center stage.

    @Brigby I see you may be in the mood to advocate for the player base to customer service.
    I decided after finding out the boosters were VIP to buy into the master plan. I was one of the lucky "known issue" to not recieve any of my purchase. 
    I created a ticket. I supplied the proof of purchase requested.
    That was Friday. The last response was "we are escalating this for discussion"

    What's to discuss? I paid. You took my money. Provide what was paid for. Dont you agree?

    @Brigby @LakeStone I thought I would give you guys a chance to address this before I escalate it to Google. I do know that you two look out for us whenever you are able.
    I just recieved the response back from support that pretty much just says I'm lying and I must have recieved my packs. 
    I have no new cards.
    I have no additional runes (if those VIP packs had been all dupes that converted)
    I have no additional gold or unobtanium.

    This needs to be addressed. Not just for me personally in this case but for all players who have to deal with support when one of the games bugs pops up.

    Same thing just happened to me.  No new cards, packs, runes, or orbs.  I filed a ticket, but now I'm not hopeful for the response.
