    I mean it would definitely be worth it if it gave 5 orbs per win. But not sure if it would be a good idea.

    I voted 5 but I think that's too low.  25 seems appropriate yet not completely unrealistic.

    Grind Heroic Encounters for 250 Runes per win. Grind Training Grounds for 5 Orbs per win. Looks like a win-win situation :wink:

    Orbs would be great, but starting by 200 runes and increase it by 25 for every victory on streak... sounds good to me, would even prefer the increasing runes per streak over orbs...

    No neutral option? Just have it give 300-350 runes per win and its worth Grinding to levwl up pws :)

    I like training grounds but a huge orb reward could be abused.

    but as it is I feel like we as players could use a few more orbs than we are currently getting.

    At 3 orbs per win, you would have to play 1,000 matches to earn a legacy mythic.

    I guess by then I'd have to agree that player would have rightly earned that mythic by such a huge contribution of time, but is ultimately fair to other players who don't have all the extra time to dedicate?

    I dunno...it's tricky.  Here's a picture of a turtle.

    350 is probably a little overboard.  300 is QB, where there were no progression rewards.  I think 200 is a good number that could actually work

    If it gave 250 Runes per win. If it gave a Basic Booster for a 5th win. If it gave 5 Orbs per win.

    Lots of little things they could add to make it more appealing to keep going beyond deck testing.

    And even as a deck testing place, it's bad because you can't viably test Standard decks against broken Legacy ones.

    Generally speaking, 5 orbs per win would probably be enough for me to grind a little bit each day during free time rather than opening the events page, looking at Training Grounds, and then literally thinking in my head, "do I really want to do that?" 

    However, I have a new radical idea. Keep Training Grounds the same, BUT.... once per seven days, you may purchase for 300 crystals a training grounds enhancement. For the next seven days, you receive an additional bonus per win:

    250 runes and 10 orbs per win.
    Free random (non-dupe) rare at 25th win.
    1000 orbs at 50th win.
    Free premium pack (of newest set) at 75th win. 
    5000 orbs for 100th win.

    Not a bad idea, and good scaling on the rewards (there would be tons of complaints as to how long it takes to get to 100 wins, because of course we'd see it as a Must instead of a May).

    At 300 crystals its a great deal, but definitely a reach for a lot of people.

    The non-dupe rare worries me, its great in theory but probably is too much.  Random rare from the newest (or newest craftable) set is fine.

    I don't think this could work as an enhancement.  Probably just as a new, separate, week long event a la trial of the planes (how we thought it would be, anyway)

    If TG gave orbs and runes I'd grind it. It's why I played so much QB. It gave progression any time I wanted it. This game needs this so bad. I think somewhere between 5-10 is the right number because, after all, you are leveling your PWs at the same time. Without cards though it's meaningless as there is nothing to do with your walker. I like the idea of a streak giving a bonus. I used to covet long stretches of QB without a loss and doing it fast. Would be cool if they gave us a stats leaderboard - longest streak or top orbs gained - just for bragging rights. We need more bragging!

       I don't think 5 orbs would make a big difference on the long term ... 1000 games to get a mythic (close to 8 month of daily progression).. 200 to get a rare ... There are better and more eficient ways to collect orbs and cards IMHO. 
       However, i really feel the lack of runes and i would be likely to play games over progression if TG gave more of them. 
     
       Even with maximal investment, its been a while since the runes we get are lower than the runes we need to level walkers ... We need something to revert that balance (not something that forces you to play the same game over and over again during weeks like heroic encounters does)

    There are way better ways of getting orbs.

    Even just opening that 2 hour free card is guaranteed to give you at least 10 orbs.

    Getting 5 orbs a game will change nothing/very little. Yes, after 1000 games AI could craft a non-legacy mythic - not from the latest set. Yay.

    Just please do us all a favor and bring back QB - just like how it always was. You do not want to hand out mythics, well. Hand out large quantities of orbs. Or pinkies, etc.

    OK, the last two people have stated there are better ways to get orbs. What is the better/more efficient way currently of getting orbs? As far as I know, there is no way to actively grind orbs in this game at the moment.
