Red is generally the most offensive colour and I was merely pointing out that 90s era Jubilee doesn’t really have any sort of offensive powers.

Blow your face off with "4th of July" is pretty much offensive power.

She does use her powers to blind people temporarily, so that might come as a stun ability.

What this forum needs is a comprehensive breakdown of who is better.  Let me make an attempt at this monumental task...

COSTUME
Dazzler is 70's disco with several attempts to modernize her, though each attempt has failed to improve on her roller skates look. Jubilee is 90's hipster which looks almost as dated as Dazzler, though attempts to modernize her look have been more successful.
WINNER: Dazzler. Roller skates always win.

POWERS
Dazzler can absorb sound, convert it to light, and shoot it out either as harmless light or damaging lasers. Jubilee's powers are like those little white things kids throw at the sidewalk to make a snapping noise, except they light up too.
Winner: Jubilee. I loved those little white things when I was a kid.

CREATION
Dazzler was created by Tom DeFalco and John Romita jr, two legends of the comics biz, in 1980 as a reluctant and closeted mutant who had far more interest in becoming a pop star than fighting crime.
Jubilee was created by Chris Claremont and Marc Silvestri, two legends of the comics biz, in 1989 as a reluctant and non-closeted mutant who had far more interest in being a mallrat and an annoying sidekick to Wolverine rather than fight crime.
WINNER: Dazzler. Her graphic novel Dazzler: the Movie was the bomb.

TEAM AFFILIATIONS
Dazzler has been a member of the X-Men, A-Force, Excalibur, X-Factor, and SHIELD.
Jubilee has been a member of the X-Men, Generation-X, and she was a vampire.
Winner: Jubilee. Dazzler was also on X-treme X-Men and that was tinykitty.

RESULTS: Dazzler has the better costume and history, while Jubilee has neater powers and wasn't on X-treme X-Men. So who is the winner? Clearly it's Jubilee, since she's confrimed and soon to be in the game while Dazzler is not.
