Looks like it could be fun, really looking forward.

Only thing I find concerning is the lag on my phone that will occur when there is some legacy event with servos, energys, investigates, treasures taking up all the gems. Other than that, really look forward to the new cards, tribal stuff, gem conversion and everything else.

There is something very small that bugs me to no end. It's the inconsistency on card texts. Kinjalli's Caller and Otepec Huntmaster have the same ability but it is worded entirely different. This is something we know from the past but it is disheartening to see this trend continued.
I was wondering about this too. There is the possibility they are indeed different mechanics too though. Unesh’s cost reduction on cards lasts even if he’s removed from the board, for example. If they are not different in use then the wording should be fixed to match.

Either way, both cards feel too expensive to take a creature slot and give just a 2 mana per dinosaur  cost reduction. They’ll be the Pilots of this set.

Looking forward to Reinforce Matter and explore. I'm not too sure about Buff Matter, we will see.

There is no information about what the Treasure is, or what would happen if you play a double-sided support when there is already one flipped on the field. Would it reinforce the flipped one? Would it create a separate and the reinforce when it flips (Just like the werewolves)?
Treasures appear to be basically clues, but they give mana to whoever pops them regardless of who created them.

So... this leads to another question... Do they stack? If so, Nahiri might be able to have a -4 in cost to all dinosaurs. Pure speculation at this point, but something to think on.

I'm happy a new set is coming out soon! Greg computing all of this is a concern... (He hasn't even learned how to cycle yet :-P).

Would you care if your one slot cost 4 mana less if it meant two active creature slots were taken by these guys?  I mean you’re basically pre-paying for that “discount”...  unless you’re thinking that the effects stack so you could keep alternating that third slot.

With Unesh, if you get the discount and kill him and bring him back, the discount does indeed double up.

Depends on the build. Who knows if such a tactic has value or not. We will know more when more cards are revealed. But thank you for the response. :)

On a serious note, are you guy tweaking them objectives for events?
In this event for instance, how are you supposed to kill 3+ creatures when Greg is creatureless?
The re is nothing wrong with creatureless decks but the objectives

Jace looks interesting.... though it's unfortunate that his tribal support ability only works with two creatures currently in the game.

    Vraska is gonna be ridiculous.

Those Planeswalkers look awesome! Especially Vraska. I'm also really excited by the way they're doing more with loyalty! I can't wait to see tomorrow's blog, the new events are what'll matter the most in keeping this game fun in my opinion. New cards are always fun to play with, but events are what can really challenge your creativity and strategy.

The blog stated that Events will be covered tomorrow. Maybe your question will be answered then?

Really liking Vraska and TBH Jace is intriguing. I really can't pass judgement on the third one (or middle if you prefer) She seems okay.

That last mythic, sorcerous spyglass, locking down planeswalker loyalty abilities? Hoooo boy. That will be interesting to play and face.

I can't wait to use it against Koth and his "I'm gonna use my loyalty ability and cascade every turn" stupid, ugly face :P

    Excited for the new set,
however the info I was looking forward to the most is the deck slot price reduction and I am underwhelmed at this change. 200c to 150 and 45k runes to 20k. While the runes reduction is decent, both are not enough. Why didn't they go down comparatively the same? The runes cost is only available at level 60 and runes are more precious a commodity now. I intentionally do not put all my walkers to 60 as I enjoy playing some at other levels, and find that level 40 is a sweet spot.

I have all 30 planeswalkers and at the current deck slot price, I have not purchased a single one. If the price were much lower, say 50c and 10k runes, then I would buy one for every single PW I have. That would make a huge difference in how much I play and enjoy this game. Before anyone says "just buy a few with the PWs you use the most" - no, I use them all and really dislike taking apart decks to switch from legacy to standard, so I would rather switch to a PW already with a suitable deck than change the deck.

Please reconsider the cost of the deck slots before next weeks patch, its just a number that has to be changed.

Sorry, bit late to the party on suggesting it ;)

Here is my suggestion: use it vs pve bosses ;) like Bolas

I would buy the deckslots at 100c as well, 150 still nah.

One suggestion for planeswalkers; when viewing them in the Vault could they please show their max level instead of first? I wanna know what I'm working towards rather than the first level stats; I can see those the moment I buy it.

    Or possibly both?

The level 60 is very important when abilities change over the levels, not just numberwise. Like Gideon _always_ looks a lot worse if you aren't looking at level 60 because his functionality totally changes. Red Ajani too.
