    Now the special offer of 2 premium packs and a White booster for 600 crystals has disappeared from vault.

    Right.  You have to buy the new promotion packs to get the new cards.  I think once the promotion is done you can start opening your banked packs, but I would wait until it's actually confirmed that they fixed the issue with the regular packs.
    Normally that's right, however.... The Hour of Devastation packs still don't have the added cards from the last time they expanded the offerings.

    Maybe I can try to Uncage a handful of Shefet monitors or something instead.

    They "tinykittied" me again.  Release the new cards at the same time as Samut so I have no crystals left.

    In all fairness, these packs should get updated with the new ones considering several we've obtained over the past weeks SHOULD have had the cards from the last card expansion in them already.

    There's been little reason to open them considering they've had the same selection of cards for so long, so waiting for them to update has been the only logical thing to do with them.

    So, there was time to add a new batch of cards but no time to bring cards back into boosters where they have been already? And we still don't know if those hoarded packs will just become irrelevant.

    @speakupasanswer Those aren't  "new" per se. They are tied to that specific special 
    , one they chose to recycle while the new devs are going through the transition.  You cannot get these cards via hoarded packs as of yet. As for the hoarded packs, Brigby already confirmed that a fix is coming but we are to keep hoarding because until the transition phase is complete,  they will not be working on getting the new cards added into the standard set for public access via hoarded packs.

    Hmm. I Thought I had explained this well enough. Here's the summary:

    1. These "new cards" are not new and are attached only to this soecial offer, which was available once before. In short D3 recycled the set to give the players a way to access some of these cards while we wait for them to fix the issue about these cards not being available in hoarded packs.

    2. Brigby did say these WILL be added to the pool accessible via hoarded packs but couldn't say when that will be and that sadly it is not a priority designated by those above brigby and the new devs. They're completely focused on getting  the transition competed for the new devs. You likely missed this statement in another thread but he did provide an answer, just not to you personally.

    If D3 is still in the transitional phase, this was tinykitty planning. Did D3 have no idea Hibernum was going bankrupt? I highly doubt that. This reeks of a dying game and a publisher that is stringing people along.

    As you can see from Brigby's post below, it has never clearly been stated that they will be added to hoarded packs, unlike exclusives cards are. If he has, unknown to himself, given the answer already, please provide a link where this is made clear.
