Which of these two will make you quit MPQ?

Out of curiousity since the devs mentioned the creation of level 400 for people who are "easily" beating level 230 opponents in PVE.
Will this be a neverending cycle? Their "noble" intention is to make the game challenging for people who use boosts and purposely level up "OP" characters like Classic Magneto and Spidey just to clear Deadly nodes.

2 of the strongest members of my alliance just quit the game because of this, they were both facing 300+ enemies and they got enough.........a freaking level 188 assassin does 9k damage in one shot , I can't imagine what is it to face level 300+
This 2 guys are forum regulars and they both have pretty strong teams, with at least 6 *** characters fully maxed. One is leaving for good and check back in a month to see if they fixed this ****, the other one left for the duration of the pve, if things don't change on the next one he's leaving the game for good too.

I am still struggling with many 200+ teams so 400 is definitely not something I want to see.
Tip of the day: If someone finds 400 easy, he should try to live more and play less.0 -
There is absolutely no reason for any of us to be fighting anything over a level 230 character. It's a never ending cycle of nonsense to me...if you can't beat high level opponents, chances are you will boost to beat them, of tank to beat them, or quit. None of those options are ideal.
There have been some great changes to the game, but they've also fallen into one step forward, two steps back issues.0 -

I'll quit when it gets more tedious than fun. But with the current scaling it's on the verge already. Luckily I'm still rarely above 200. I just get more and more the feeling I'm fighting the system and not villains, goons or players...
Difficulty raise above 230 is a sham anyways, either you can apply some dominating tactic or you don't. It just takes X times longer.0 -
It was a lot more fun when I could play obw hood Thor in this tourney now I don't see a lot of hope for beating a level 320 ares other than spidey.0

Yep. Snipers already one-shot you, many DA attacks already one-shot you, so the only thing this is doing is making enemies bullet sponges. Making bosses "harder" by making them bullet sponges has been PROVEN WITH SCIENCE to be the worst possible thing you can do in a video game0 -

Ah, but after Spidey and Mags are nerfed, people won't be able to cheese the missions so the scaling won't be a problem! But instead of living in that world, we're going to do this change BEFORE the nerf, because Reasons
(of course, with Lazy characters I'm even LESS convinced that nerfing spidey will ease rabid scaling, so...)0 -
Only just rage quit now.
Against some level 60 minions. Piece of cake, really. The two detonators and that bomb layer.
Problem? There were two green tiles on the board, both had countdowns. Second problem? 5 purple tiles, two of them had bombs on. Rest of the board was blacks, reds and blues.
There was literally no way of removing these count downs.
That and the game is set to **** mode today, watching me get one or two tiles away from getting an ability that would get me on the offensive then withholding that colour for ages. So I change tactic and go for another colour only for the same thing to happen, meaning I'm near death and one or two points away from being able to do anything. Then just as I get that last point for an ability, the enemy gets a massive cascade and kills that character. So I get another point in something else, same thing.
It's not that I lose. It's like the game's deliberately trying to wind me up.0 -
What about the other reason which is the 20 ISO reward you might win?0

I'm sitting here as I type this looking at a 250th lvl Ares/Venom/Bullseye fight and I'm convinced the game is out to get me. Like, me personally.0

I posted this because I have 290 Bullseye/ 291 Ares / 290 Venom in my Bullseye III node in Savage bracket.
Maybe my scaling has gone up because I used OBW to heal in the earlier brackets... but doesn't it make sense to do so if my Lazy Thor is badly injured? And the other problem is that I only have Lazy Thor maxed. None of my other *** are maxed, so am I punished for being awesome with Lazy Thor/OBW combo?0 -
What's the point in continuing to improve your roster when the enemies continue to improve and there's no reward to compensate? 3x230 was hard enough. I can't imagine going up against things higher than that. And it is not fun to always go up against nearly impossible missions. If one mission out of ten had that kind of difficulty then that would be fine, but the reward has to be higher for that mission. By reward I mean better iso or hero points and not just more events points.0

I might quit cause I can't seem to make any progress without paying more. I'm on my 161st day, I've spent some cash (about $40) and I play everyday. I only have 2 maxed 3* (magneto and ragnarok) and since alliances were introduced the rewards are much harder to achieve and they're clearly not as good. I haven't pulled a single 3* cover in about 3 weeks from any of the event tokens let alone standard tokens. Maybe is just bad luck, but very frustrating. They just keep making it more difficult to get the covers and I don't see this changing for the better. Sitting on a bunch of ISO though, but without the covers what's the point?0

3. The game crashes at the end of multiple events, has connection issues. Then you get back in and everything is gone.0

I didn't vote but this 400 idea is completely nuts. In a good company of other braindead stuff really, but it really is good attempt to top them all.0

People tend to say hard things will make them quit over easier objectives...however the reality is the opposite.
Nothing kills a game faster than moving any challenge. Think of any game you've play...now give yourself god mode or a seemingly unbeatable wall.
While the God mode is fun, it loses its luster really fast....while that unbeatable wall, it remains challenging and if properly setup gives the illusion of accomplishment just around the corner.
