    I suggest every single participant that didn't receive rewards should send in a ticket. Maybe if they get the same message thousands of times something will actually change.

    Yeah... my first ever event with my first coalition and no rewards. That's deflating.

    Sorry for the delay, I should have responded yesterday but the day got the best of me.  The team will be compensating players that participated in NoP but have got caught up in fixing some of the bugs that showed up over the weekend.  At the moment, the support team has the tickets on hold and we will be providing an update once the team is able to address the missing Coalition Rewards.     Since the problem affects every coalition player it'd be probably a good idea to make an announcement on the board and mane using the in-game inbox also. A post on the Xth page of a thread with little explanation is not enough.

    Sigh. I asked customer support for this and they argued I had received the prizes I was due. I was pretty sure I hadn´t, but that´s how they operate I guess.

    Weird, no numbers showed up beyond my individual rank in the reward display screen, yet I still got 10 crystals and a rare, which was my coalition reward.

    Wow these guys are legends. Yknow, because you've royally screwed just about everyone in the game over I think you'd better compensate us for your legendary mistakes and hiccups. Literally every other game does it, why not this one @LakeStone? don't like giving us free stuff? don't screw up in the first place then.

    @LakeStone I am appalled by the poor conditions of this game. No coalition rewards from the last NOP. No coalition rewards for this. Both times - told to wait. It has been well over a week since NOP ended. Someone at D3 needs to make some serious decisions on handling consumer level complaints. Not cool.

    First you take away my main prize, with the bug from sunday, and wow you take away the coalition reward as well, keeps the players real motivated.... sigh...

    And maybe I'll follow each and every red name to answer each and every post and answer them regarding common sense and common courtesy until ..
    well, probably until the ban on day 2.

    I'm curious how long the support will need to answer the x-hundred support emails. If the events remain buggy like they are now, this could produce one or two new jobs there!

    @LakeStone I hope you will be notifying people by e-mail, because I've got a feeling a lot of us will quit playing before you guys get around to fixing this... I joined a good coalition right before 2.0 hit, and I've put a lot of effort into making the coalition even better, and the game has just completely robbed me of my efforts. Really not feeling like checking in ever again at this point.
