Coalition Rewards Discontinued?

I didn't get my coalition rewards but at this point its not worth having to deal with support to get them. How about since it was broadly broken you guys query your database and fix it for all those who missed out?1

No coalition reward and no exclusive reward either. And I actually made progression for the first time.0

Thanks. I do think they have significantly misunderstood the scale of the problem in telling you that many have their rewards and only some are affected. Still yet to see anyone claim any form of coalition reward though happy to be proven wrong.
I would encourage everyone to submit a ticket rather than leave it to a point person. The likelihood of that yielding positive results are about the same as a truly seamless update.
Related to this, I do see that it is difficult for you when the devs are giving you either false or faulty information. I would encourage you and brigby to push back on any initial response from them and make certain you understand it first. As a player group we would far prefer to hear that you are working with them and provide us a sensible response than a quick response that ends up being wrong and then requiring damage control. They do you guys no favours and make your lives harder as a result.5 -

Coalitions are just totally borked after this update. The leaderboards aren't working, the event shows us as rank 0, and considering we didn't get a payout from the pre-2.0 event, there's no faith we'll get one this time either. Really ready to delete this game from my phone if something doesn't get fixed soon. Worst update, ever.1

Just a quick note on the original issue, no coalition rewards from the last Nodes of Power, for anyone interested.
I submitted a ticket, and got back a response - they don't have a solution for whatever the problem is so they suspended my ticket. I presume that would be the response to all tickets they received on this issue, but it does suggest that they're working on a fix.

Follow-up. Just checked in-game as Breaking Points ended.
No coalition rewards for this event, either, at least I didn't receive any. And didn't even get an indication of a final coalition score or ranking, the coalition box on the results screen was just blank.

Same. No coalition reward. I think I ranked right in front of first place... Jokes aside, no rewards. Same goes for everyone else at Goldfish.0

@LakeStone repeating the above. As noted then and repeating now, there is a significant misunderstanding of the scale of the problem here.
We will create new tickets for this event but some reassurance that the devs understand this is not an issue that affects 'some' players would be good.0 -

@LakeStone - Any updates from the team on the issue? I put in a ticket for the last event, but the response I and others in my coalition received said they were suspending the ticket while they worked on a fix.0 -
