    haha i presume so, i got like 400 lp last round and was only top 50, which is pretty insane the rate of lp for these lightning tournaments. probably die off like last weeks lightning rounds but the ragnarok boost event is just absolutely monstrous.

    i fear.

    do you have an idea of how many points should we got at the end of a tourney ?
    around 400 points to be placed in 25-50 ?

    the initial lightning rounds, everyone is pounding into it so 400 is that range. the longer the day goes on, the lower it'll become since people will no longer have interest in certain lightning rounds.

    They need to make unboosted or non-required character lightning rounds. Ragnarok one will be ugly.

    I don't think it will make much of a difference as Ragnarok as well as the other villains all receive 200% boost every lightning round, regardless of who is featured as the guest char/prize

    u are correct zzzwolph, i just realized it this tournament since i don't have multiple villains.

    multiple villains were put into my team for the start and i realized...

    man, maxed out rag, magneto, dr doom combo or 3 of the 5 and no one will look in ur general direction

    besides the one tournament that i didn't have time to get into the 26-50 bracket, i've placed better than 50 on every lightning tournament using my cheeseball thor/c.storm. the only competition i can genuinely aim for better than 26 is probably the ragnarok one, the only one i need rag covers.

    Ended with 548 points so glad I got in was sweating bullets haha

    I squeaked into the top 50 (first time for me) and nabbed my first Ragnarok cover with the token. Green, unfortunately, but better than nothing!

    Gratz, top 50 in that round had to be no easy feat as well. It was craziness that last 10 minutes.

    I have a 5/0 Ragnarok and was fighting for the Green cover. Finished just out of the top 25, got a Diabolical token, and drew... a Red Ragnarok! icon_evil.gif

    Felt **** selling what's probably the best cover in the game.

    The hard part was that I couldn't find many matches worth more than 10. I wasn't getting counter-attacked.

    At least I didn't contribute, I actually had you come up twice in that last 5 minutes but let you go.
    It was insane I was aiming for top 25 but somehow made top 8
