Hmm... mine is 130 3/3/3 and it didn't seem too feasible without luck/boosts due to the match damage. I intended to wait until later in the cycle once I have the extra cover from Strange Sights (and possibly dig into my CP stash and hope for a cover or two from Legendary Tokens), but maybe another attempt is in order in her current state. In retrospect, part of the difficulty was from IM getting a 5-match.

My champed Carol one first time unboosted.  She took a lot of damage for such a short fight though, only had 2k left.  I could see this being rough in situations where you get a board with no/little black or your Carol is weak on black.

My Carol is at 1/3/3. Level 152. 

First few attempts led to a beat down. Not even close. Added +2 black, +2 yellow, +100% match damage. The plan was let Tony match some red to gain my blacks. Drop one. Build yellow. Tony match red, gain black. Dropped a second black and used yellow to take out the first. Still got incredibly lucky. Carol only had 256 health left after winning!

Token netted a Red Riri, bringing her to 0/4/2

I barely managed this one with my LVL 113 2/3/2 Captain Marvel. +2 Green/Black, +2 All, and +100% Match Damage. Had a board with several black matches, so I had two countdown tiles out at once pretty early on. I had to nuke one of them with her yellow, as it was part of the only match left on the board. I killed Iron Man one turn before he had enough Red and Blue to completely destroy me. I ended the match with 952 health left. Token is saved until I get my 5/5/2 Medusa up to LVL 250.

I just got the black cover from progression, so was able to champ and respec her. Had a moment of horror when the board loaded with about 4 black tiles spread across it, but Tony matched red, and I matched yellow, and Tony was no more.

LT kept until I get Medusa champed in a couple of days.

First attempt with my level 100 3/3/5 carol was a complete bust.  Mostly cause of match damage and I forgot how to play carol.

Raised her to 114, played strange sights to get her 4th black, and boosted r/b, all colors, and match damage. Won easily, and got my 13th carol from the LT.

And with that having both medusa and now carol at 13 covers it is time to start hoarding.

Holy CRAPOLA I can't believe that I won this one! My Carol is 1/2/3, level 131. I managed to land the win with 80 HP left on my first try. I think the RNGesus must have gotten confused about who was the A.I. and who was the player, as it was handing me match-5 blacks left and right. I was one turn away from being killed (80 HP) with a 800 HP Iron Man on the other side of the board, and my "here goes nothing" random match led to a cascade that finished him off.

The token earned a purple 5* Hawkeye, my first for him. It definitely provided a nice counterpoint to my awful luck with the taco vault today (I was trying for the yellow Carol in there - 281 tacos opened and no Carol!)

I saw that someone had 24 seconds. I didn't time it, but I think my match lasted around that much time.

Of course, my C4rol 3/3/1 actually lost pretty badly because Mr. Stark got a match 5 red and then a match 5 team up.

But I THINK that's a pretty fast match.

p.s. I was using +G/B, +TU, +2AP-all Woooooooooooooooo!

LT was BP, with bonus Doctor Strange, Wooooooo! My first bonus 5.

I'm not going to try this until I get my progression Carol black tomorrow, but I have a question: is this the first Clash opponent that wasn't Lv270?  Iron Man is showing Lv290 in the preview screen.

I think it's the first one that's higher than 270 - I believe Devil Dinosaur and Howard(?) had level 220 enemies in their respective crashes.

Got it after 9 tries with a level 115 1/3/1.  For other low covered Carols  trying it, 3 castings of black should be your goal.  I'd say even 1/1/1 is possible, but the health is probably too low to keep up with 5* match damage.

One of the problems is the boosted rotation. Unless the latest 12 remain a fixture there all the time there will be weeks where your latest will just be destroyed by the old top dogs. For the time being it seems like they are considering it and the pair of latest is boosted for most of the time (it's an eye test - somebody tracking that might correct me). 

Yeah. Never thought about this until now, mostly because I cannot fight at the top right now. But, ultimately, if I had to choose between having Carol and Peggy or Iceman and Jean Grey, I will take the first every time, despite being an X-Men fan. It's just the fact that when I started to think about 4* transition, I set my goals on Carol and Peggy and thus I became very fond on them. C4rol became my top priority, and not because she is powerful, but rather because she is very fun to play and she gives me options: If I want the damage, I just pop the CD as soon as possible; if I want the strike tiles I wait for it to finish without any help. If I want the AoE I can let the AI match our common color and I can starve him of other colors instead, and so on. 

So, as said above, I have accepted the fact that I belong to the 'new' generation of 4* and I plan to make C4rol my fist ever champed 4* (Peggy possibly second). Finger crossed .

5/2/1, Level 172 Carol got it done first try, but brother, it was close. Had less than 600 HP left.

I dropped black, let it spit out a few strikes, and then used yellow to rush it when it looked like I might die. That took Stark down enough that a match-3 red into a match-3 black finished him off.

Token was a Wasp black, and Bonus Heroes struck, yielding me a second Wasp black. So she's maxed on black now, and I'm pleased that the next event is a 7-day event. It'll mean I can get at least one useful cover to take her to 12 covers, and if I save my CP, I might even be able to buy the last cover and then use the otherwise-useless black as a champion level.

4 Tries.  Got a lucky board with 2x black match 5s.

Got Carol yellow bringing me to 2/4/1

My lvl 111 3/0/1 Carol just beat Iron Man after 4 tries. I wasn't expecting to win but that was certainly a pleasant surprise!

5/1/2 lvl 70 and won first try. I did boost all ap plus black and yellow.

275 5/5/3 Carol killed him in less than a minute. Matched enough black for the cd. Matched yellow twice, waited until I had 3 strikes on the board then used yellow. He was dead. Carol is a monster.

The only crashes I've played easier than this one were the Red Hulk and Carnage crashes.
