    I also was not aware that you can keep trolling customer service until you get a guaranteed masterpiece.

    Not that I would play that game, perhaps I'm too honest.

    I think strictly speaking, that's why you CAN have nice things.... If you don't go for a bunch of rerolls, you end up with something rubbish like a Basker.

    I think strictly speaking, that's why you CAN have nice things.... If you don't go for a bunch of rerolls, you end up with something rubbish like a Basker.
    That's an entirely separate discussion topic focused around game design, which I'm afraid I wouldn't be the most adept at discussing since I'm not a designer.

    I was more so referencing the possibility of a Customer Support policy being potentially manipulated, which may cause it to be revoked, ruining it for those who use it in an honest manner.

    Remind me why you had to set up that customer service policy again? Was it our fault? Did we do something wrong? Or was it because of something you did?

    Caveat Emptor!

    Since no-one is forcing players to spend their jewels at this time, it's actually quite generous for D3H to allow multiple re-rolls. It's unlike anything we've ever seen from them.

    Having at least one chance seems fair and if you still get a dupe and are upset, well what game have you been playing for the last however many months? There is nothing on the pack itself to say you get anything other than the card you open. Expectations of masterpiece cards if you have all/most/one of the mythics is a stretch.

    And I know this makes me a bad person, but as a N.A.D. advocate, it would seem you'd have to be spending quite a bit of money to be in the business of buying multiple elite packs and I now take the stance that I hope the spending money experience is as miserable as possible. Whilst people keep spending, no real improvements will ever take place.
