Looks like their phone number just gives you a dial tone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So I guess I'm going in on foot tomorrow. Wish me luck.

You've probably already done this but just in case, have you checked linkedin to see who their marketing/PR leads might be? Having a couple of specific names ready may literally open some doors and having backup names could be useful too given the top folks likely have a fuller meeting schedule (and less likely to chat to a walk-in too lol).

PS according to their website they have half day Fridays just as an fyi. Maybe set up camp at a nearby bar after lunch and wait for them to roll in. Catch them offguard and more open icon_e_smile.gif

Don't be ignorant! They will execute this game just as they did Magic Tactics! Then all your money will be gone on a game that doesnt exist!

That's not necessarily true. If the game is turning a profit for both WoTC and D3/H it is in their best interest to see that the game stays profitable.

Im just saying storming Mtg headquarters is not the best thing to do. Lets make them draw attention to the so called bad job they are doing, it may get canned. Tactics was a huge game, you could buy and trade cards it was amazing. And it got killed. Just saying

Thank you, Sorin! This community is honestly the only reason I still play this game at all anymore. It brings me warm-fuzzies when we band together like this. =P

Gruntface that's a great idea. I did a quick search and didn't come up with any names. I'll have to try harder when I'm done with work. If anyone else finds useful info to go in with, please don't hesitate to pm me.

Zaann again, I'm not storming in and I'm certainly not going in with anger. This is more like a "things have reached a breaking point. Is there anything you guys can do to help?" thing. As far as I can tell, if we DON'T do anything, this game is going to die anyway.

I thought about contacting a news channel just to get some publicity and show them how much we care and that we're willing to make it public. XP I've seen far less interesting news pieces than this. But we'll see how this goes first.

We all love this game. Most of us WANT to spend money on it. I don't think the devs and community managers are doing so awful a job to get fired over, I just think they could do a helluva lot better.

It's a plea to stop this game from dying.

If what you do helps, I'll buy you a free lunch in Olympia!

Elaine Chase is the VP of marketing over there according to linkedin. Her profile pic is a Chandra funko which is superb. Maybe start there?

Well... I just got done talking to Matthew, the Brand and Licensing Manager of Wizards of the Coast.

I have honestly never felt more validated or appreciated as a customer in my life. He listened to all of my concerns about communication and transparency. He took vigorous notes. He ACTUALLY plays the game himself and pointed out some changes that he personally would like to see. I pointed him in the direction of these forums for more articulate feedback.

He said he's the direct line of communication to D3 and Hibernum and said he'd shoot them an email right away. Even though it's a half day at work for Wizards of the Coast employees.

This is by far the most confidence I've ever had in this game and communication taking a positive direction since I started playing a year ago. That's exactly the kind of customer service and appreciation I've come to believe Wizards has for us and I REALLY hope it can make a difference.

So if you happen to read this, Matthew... thank you so much.

    And thank you Lagartha!

This is possibly a big step forward for all of us and it is thanks to you.

As a player I truly hope Matthew becomes a part of this community and I hope that he can help to move this have in a positive direction.

    Cheers to you Lagartha.

Thanks to you for putting forth the time and effort to do this on behalf of the community. It's really appreciated.

That's awesome news, great work. Finally a voice that they will have to listen to and not brush away with false platitudes.

Regardless of any changes in the game itself I hope this leads to a significant improvement in the level of communication.
