    For the duplicates, it is at this time if you pull a masterpiece duplicate, not if you get a duplicate from something you already have. Sorry for the confusion with that, this is what we stated in the 1.10.2 feedback update.

    So lets say i buy 2 elite packs

    In scenario no. 1 i may get black vice, twice. The support will give me a go at another elite pack.

    In scenario no. 2 i end up with 2 baskers. Support will tell me to suck it up.

    Sounds fair.
