I'm looking forward to bagman increasing HT's green countdown tile from 1 to 4 or 5.

I'm thinking Panther, Psylocke, MStorm for this one. I guess I could use Torch rather than MStorm, but even superbuffed, these characters with a single cover in their skills tend to be underwhelming.

That's a ridiculously underwhelming lineup of characters. I'm nowhere near fully covered on Psylocke or BP, Hawkeye is only level 40, and everyone else is seriously under leveled. I've got some spare HP so will consider buying some Psylocke covers as I have enough ISO to level her up to level 75. That alongside a 53 BP and the powered up HT might be enough to clear most of the missions.

Bagman may be a joke normally, but I'm a bit appalled at how many people aren't seeing his use here. In past Heroics we've had GSBW or similar heroes to at least shake up the board when going up against a countdown tile-heavy node. Now, our best bet for shaking things up is Human Torch (blow up two red tiles). Or, you can bring Bagman and not worry about countdown tiles at all. Either lock them down or make them take forever to go off. Sure, the blue is expensive, but for 7 yellow you can buy some time on two countdown tiles.

Only if you left it below 5. Some people may not have cared how they specced their Bagman, but some others may have actually read how the skills level up.

Interesting, I have 3 fully leveled characters here, the only real tank would be Irn Man and he is m,y lowest.

I guess for a good majority of it I will prob field Breezy, Wolvie and Hawkguy. Not bad, I won't be lacking any colors. I may swap in Bag guy for Breezy on some of the minion heavy boards.

Anybody else wanna post how there going to hate using bagman and all that nonsense? ...

Well anyway I'm actually looking forward to this heroic. I've finally figured out that if I wait and join 8 hrs or so after I can get a bracket in whatever event and usually place top 10. In previous events I was the zealous cannon fodder that everyone was using to grab 30 or 40 point wins in PvPs. I was also the one who would see ridiculous scaling and wonder what in the heck is going on? But no longer. I now no longer let the game control me and I join when I want to! (Well kinda) My roster is as follows

IM35 5/5/3 lvl 50
Windy 5/5/3 lvl 34
Bagman non-existent in my roster
Mhawkeye 4/4/5 lvl 30 (still waiting for a respec)
Awolvie 5/5/3 lvl 64
BP 1/3/1 lvl 30
Psylocke 4/2/4 lvl 75
HT 0/1/1 lvl 18

I will most likely be running HT and psylocke with Awolvie and IM35 competeing for the third spot. I can still lvl up Psylocke to lvl 102 and that's what I'm currently working on. Well now that I've posted I look forward to the heroic and all the heroic things everyone is now going to do. So don't just play mpq kids. Live mpq!

One thing I'll add - if they went ahead and slightly fixed Modern Hawkeye, allowing him to pick targets for his countdown tiles (and allowing overwrite, a la Cap), he'd be a fixture of my team this tournament, at least in goon nodes. As it is, even though I've got him fully covered, and leveled to 60, I doubt I'll use him at all.

If you have him leveled, he might actually be useful in goon x3 battles where his countdowns will never get matched away?

If you have him leveled, he might actually be useful in goon x3 battles where his countdowns will never get matched away?

I could see him being useful - in that his powers will actually work - but he doesn't really offer anything special (although his powers are quite good when they're allowed to work). But with actual anti-CD tile abilities, he'd be critical.
