"Give Me Some Sugar Baby": Increased damage and healing when making matches
Hey She-****...Lets Go: Some taunt power which causes enemies to attack him and miss because of their rage. The percentage chance to miss any attacks increases as you get more of that cover.

is one of the bug fixes fixing the fact that thanos doesn't always trigger?

it's really annoying that around 10% of the time thanos' passive doesn't go off which really slows down a match to a crawl and basically defeats the purpose of having him on the team in the first place

i'm asking because I was doing a trivial node with him and managed to kill someone, cascade kill a second person and it still didn't trigger -_-

Yeah, I realize we're going to get 5* MCU heroes at some point or another (and I'm honestly not complaining, the trick arrows and/or speed shot of a 5* Hawkeye could be AWESOME). Personally, if we get another Thor, I'd want a 4* Unworthy Thor. Odinson, Jarnbjorn, with the Destroyer arm, then have fun because he can't be used alongside 2*/3* Thor, but he COULD be used alongside 4* Thor. But All-Father Thor just kinda makes sense if you want a Thor that is bigger and badder than other Thors in the game, you know?

I get it. They spend millions of dollars marketing the MCU, the movies make way more money than the comics ever will, and all of the casual fans are familiar with the MCU versions almost exclusively. You want to include them in the game as a draw, or rather, you have to. But by that logic, shouldn't they be the 1 or 2* versions? You know, so new players can step in and get them right off the bat, versus, say, have playable versions a few years down the line after a lot of time and frustration?

I think it's because it's an evolving plan, and because of how the game itself is set up. Our first MCU-specific heroes were Cap/IM, and we didn't get them until the Civil War event. By that point, 1*s and 2*s were already established. And because the game uses variants for multiple star levels, it doesn't really lend itself well to, say, having a system with multiple costumes (which could be cosmetic, or could tweak stats a little, so even with the same covers/levels two characters could play a little different). Basically, while it makes sense, I don't think they came up with the "Have MCU versions" plan until it was just too late to do it for the 1*s and 2*s. (also, worth noting that 3* Strange is the movie version of his two versions)

I'm not even remotely as well versed into the lore as you guys, but what makes the majority of you believe it's Black Panther? I honestly thought it would be Doctor Doom (could be just wishful thinking).

I'd be extremely into unworthy Thor as well. If we're going by canon, and going with the younger version pre-Mjölnir versus the current one-armed version post-Mjölnir, he actually technically can be used alongside all other Thors: Modern / Marvel NOW, All-Father, and Goddess of Thunder.

Oh, absolutely. But I don't see why they couldn't just re-skin the 2* Thor, Cap, Widow, and Hawkeye as the MCU versions (changing nothing but the art and names), and debut an extra 2* Iron Man and 2* Hulk. Since they semi-retired Bag Man, having two more 2* characters won't break the game.

I saw him as a main contender because he's a prominent Avenger with a movie coming out, and to date we only have the 3* version. On top of that, the clue points to him as he's the king of Wakanda (and then of Necropolis as King of the Dead.)

Someone then pointed out that we're due for a 5* release, and lately our 5* offerings have largely been MCU versions of Avengers characters. Then seeing a news item that they'd begun filming the Black Panther movie today, as well as announced some plot details.... well, it's just a lot of things all pointing in his direction.

I would also love to get the new unworthy Thor, and I predict than around when the movie launches Odinson might be Thor again in the comics (or another Thor with the new hammer), with new comicbook, etc.

I also though that 5s would also be movie versions of the heroes but then Banner came, and this is obviously not Mark Ruffalo's Banner/Hulk, so maybe there is still hope. In the end MCU Thor is more or less 3 Thor, they are very similar. So I still hope in October/November we get an Unworthy Thor with the ultimates hammer or the Old-King Thor. OKT is really the most bad **** Thor it has ever existed! And I would love to play with him.

I'd like it if they also introduced team-up powers to the game for characters that will never, ever get introduced as playable versions of themselves. Then maybe we could also get Throg!
