  • Hey Ed

To be honest I usually start by clearing the board and then picking the only the ones that pay the most!
I guess it's the ones other people in your group find hard, maybe I don't know!
I believe Ape knows much more on the matter.
I do tend to let them accumulate then hit the top ones first I bounce up the leaderboard pretty fast.
Hopefully that helps a bit icon_mrgreen.gif

I would like to get all3 Falcon covers but at the moment I don't see it! icon_e_sad.gif

The thing is I play on my ipad or iPhone I don't think I can post links or anything like that,I believe you posting from you PC no? It's also very unfortunate that the current in-game chat room is very limited!

Ps It's good to hear from one of our female members. icon_e_wink.gif

I grabbed that link on my android phone and manually typed it into the chat. It should be easy to remember hopefully.
  • Most of the time, clearing the whole map I think it is not the best choice, Usually, if I am not mistaken, doing only one event several times till you consume all the points, then waiting to regenerate the stack and then doing the second most rewarding mission till exhaustion and third. then, letting it all regenerate and repeat.

But I am not sur eof exact times, stack measures and so, so if aped knows the best way to do it, we could all do it like this and get all 3 falcon covers. otherwise, i think this is quite a challenge.

Oh and with the ending times I am quite **** always. Most events end at 5 in the morning for me... so I can't play the final 4 hours, when people scores the most, grrr

  • hey millrus ...

    i have suggestions ...

can you rearrange the first page ? ... so it's only contain your rule, our members info, tips, news & other stuff ... and it will be updated periodically ... if there's a latest info, news or announcement from you about our alliance ...

so if there's our members that don't have time to read all the pages ( just like our friend reaper icon_e_biggrin.gif ) they can just read the first and last page .... so at least they don't miss the latest updates of our posts ...

i think it will be more convenient for all of us .... icon_e_biggrin.gif

  • We really need to start thinking about replacing people that consistently don't help much in events. There discrepancy between the top 5 achievers and the alliance compared to the bottom 5 is too big. There's no problem being a casual players, but they shouldn't hinder the people that try to compete in all events.

I hear you saints. No one wants a free rider. Don't know what to about it though. Think there's a fine line between playing for fun and making it a chore. Lets see what Millrus has to say. In the in game chat he mentioned something about clarity for what the members think about what kind of alliance we want it to be

I agree, it should be for the fun, however freeriders are not wanted and those who continuously refuse to contribute should be expelled. First give off a warning should be considered.
    Love the banner image BTW!

Definitely agree with no free riders. How are you going to implement this Millrus? I think a good start is how we define what is considered a non contributing member. I don't think it should be someone who is consistently bottom - that's too loose. How about someone who is consistently below the average of the members in say two or three events consecutively? That would be basically 3 strikes and you're kicked. Saints2death rightly pointed out that the difference between the bottom members and the top members contributions is currently very large and that gap should be closed to a more reasonable level...
  • I like the fact that you guys agree, I know I still would like to hear from everyone. I believe this will help maybe motivate members again .I don't want a hardcore team but I'd like to compete (earning cover for each other) and still have fun. For your suggestion Ape about the 3 strike and you out thing. I was thinking if a member is doing very badly ( without reason given ) he or she will be monitored in the next event,if nothing changes then a discussion will be held by the team and maybe we can find a solution to the problem idk but after that if need be I'll pull the trigger,it's not something I want to do I like everyone on the team and I'd like to see us ALL stay and grow into something bigger ( I believe this 20 max will change) but we all agree NO FREE RIDERS!!! So to everyone again if there is a problem make it known! I said it from the start communication is key! ...... Well playing the game is really key!! icon_lol.gif

I would like to hear more ideas more imput it definitely helps. I'd like it if everyone was on the same page and happy with our alliance. I have no false dreams of being the top alliance that's just not gonna happen and that's fine by me. I want us all to still enjoy playing together next month,6 months,.. Next year???? Idk . The point I'm trying to make is I want us to have fun, still get excited to play the next event ,use the newest cover....whatever got you playing this game for months now. I don't want this alliance to feel like a second job or a chore. I don't want to stress anyone out with these rules either, I haven't been earning what I should have and I feel bad! The only thing I can do I try harder and that's all I ask of you guys/girls. I know we all have real life stuff to deal with and that's fine!

I too don't want it to be a chore. No quotas to be met and so on. But who are we kidding, the purpose of the alliance is to get alliance rewards. There is no other bonus given for being a part of it. If someone is only not contributing to us getting the best rewards, why have them on the alliance? Getting kicked from our alliance doesn't prevent them from joining another alliance full with more casual players. They may be upset that they don't get the 3* card and HP reward, but frankly they aren't earning it.

I agree too. I play for fun, but I do devote a LOT of time to the game. Sometimes we do have life win and we'll slack on an event here or there, but to continually place near the bottom isn't alright. I have three kids and two jobs and right now I'm sitting at 8 and 3 respectively for the Simulator. It can be done!
