Glad so many of you found my pvp guide usefull. Hope it helps you.

Man, today, the game must have decided i have Done to well and decided to punish me for it.
I have never witnessed so many cascades or bad matches for me in like, forever.

Getting crushed against teams i should steamroll. I'm not losing the matches but the damage takets it's toll and healthpacks.

Shielded at 750 now for 3 hours. Then i Will make One more push till my packs are gone and then ill just shield.

Most likely wont try for Top any more either. Lycra from 5deadlyvenoms apparantly really wants first place. Last i saw him he was moving towards 1100 points and i have neither the roster nor the energy to follow him.

Hopefully ill end Top 5 though.

Very, very briefly got to 604. But even if it lasted all of 3 seconds I stil got my wolverine cover. hah! So now I will have a decision on whether to shield at the 8 hour mark or wait for the 3 hour mark. Honestly, I think with the weakness of my team, I will just use an 8 hour shield wherever I'm at then and hope it's enough to hang on to the 11-25 range. I definitely don't want to drop out of the top 50 trying to go higher and I'm pretty sure top 10 isn't feasible.

Also, is anyone else excited about Captain America 2 coming out this weekend? It looks like a really good one.

shielded at 684 in the best there is...hopefully I will be in the top 10...I keep changing between characters and amazingly I didn't get hit while I climbed from 400 points to where I am

Made a push, got up to second place with 907 points. Could have gone a bit further but decided to shield up and secure my points.

Hopefully it Will be enough to keep me in Top 5 altho i doubt it.

He Does have a nice roster but remember, a good roster Does not mean a competitive player is behind it.
I hope he is tho, and i hope he finds this thread.

New patch should make it easy to spot if we have leechers so not to worried.

Anyone else having some issues in this PvE event? The scaling seems to be hitting me really hard this time around. Im scraping by in the top 100, but thats nowhere near what i want to be doing.

Agree the pve event is a total grind. I'm sitting just inside the top 100, but it feels impossible to make any real progress. Oh well. Also cracked 600 to nab the last red Wolvie cover I needed. Sitting at 9th, but I doubt that'll last. I'm sure ppl will pass me, although I don't think anyone will bother trying to attack my 85 Thor/85 obw/133 Wolvie.

Yeah,, the current scaling is pretty brutal for me too. Requires a ton of luck and no mistakes to even have a chance.

I generally use the cheap shield if I'm on the edge of getting a cover I really want, but I think I've used 4 shields in the two months I've been playing. I remember using them to get Psylocke and recently to help the alliance.

Shielding is best to use to get a cover or if you know you won't be playing at the end time of a tourney.

I used a shield just now because I did way better than I thought I would (high 700s!) and expected to get knocked down a few hundred points, so I figured it'd help the alliance and partially pay for itself in HP rewards. Not a big Cap fan but now that roster spots cost me 300 each I figure I can be a little spendier with my HP instead of desperately saving them.

The PvE balancing has been really easy on me but maybe that's because I'm not working it that hard? I'm at maybe 25k points and the bad guys are usually all level 50-100.

Im not a big Thor fan, or Cap fan but the scaling on these gold heroes is huge. Once you get enough covers they are some really strong characters i feel, like them or not. I am not looking forward to Gold Daken, he is going to be a powerhouse imo.

Looks like we are on track for a top 50 finish. Nice work everyone. I am hoping to hold top 150 for the two star cover. Got 360 pts. Not having a higher Wolverine has stop me from getting higher.

Im holding top 25 with 647. Wont make it into top 10, but ill take these 2 covers and level ol Cap' then use him to chase some *** Black Widow covers.

Think we cracked top 50 alliance rank which is awesome considering pretty much everyone around us was 20/20 clans. I finished just outside the top 25 in my bracket with like 583. I think we averaged like 520 points which is pretty solid. Was waiting to enter the Cap tourney until I could collect our winnings from this one. Time to let her rip!

Totally bombed. I should have shielded at 600, but instead I shielded last minute and then broke to try to maintain top 50 which I failed at. I didn't need the yellow cover either.

I got my 2 covers. 1 from alliance and one from top 25. Couldn't quite break top 10. Oh well. Also the PvE is sudenly easier when i can use C.Storm powered up instead of saving her health for PvP events and i grinded (ground?) up to the top 5 in the PvE ladder.

Given im likely the only one to farm the new nodes that are up. Still feels good to be in a good position for Human Torch.

Add Hubris Jomes. That is Ab3tterman. He is currently in the same bag. He gives his rewards to no one all day long. On is my alt cell phone account, that i can no longer keep up. He gives 2-3 rewards per day. Add him.

Nitram Andersson is my handle on facebook.
I dont use it, just created it so i could play on both my phone and ipad. Gladly share my rewards with guildies.
No clue how facebook works tho, soyou have to teach me this time.
