    I love how they make RNG **** like this when it suits them, but are perfectly happy to game their own system to keep the best covers away from us.

    Everyone gets a free token, so then you have a 2 out of 9 chance (22%) of getting a 4 or better. Chill the hell out. You do realize this is just all another form of gambling. I'd hate to see you people at a casino.

    I'm happy with these vaults. Due to what I imagine is a bug, when I opened up the game this morning, the event was still not available to me for a few hours but I had access to the Orb of Agamotto and Book of the Vishanti vaults. I decided to spend my HP and grabbed 6 pulls from Orb of Agamotto and 3 from Book of the Vishanti. I was fortunate enough to land the 3-star Doctor Strange from one and the Sanctum Santorum token from the other... which got me a 5-star Strange. I'm pleased. Also scored a Drax and a War Machine. But, due to the presumed bug, I now can't use the Orb of Agamotto token I earned from the event. I posted as such in the main thread and in the bugs forum.

    3000 hp for 2 4*. I like this payment. Better odds then most things. Now would I liked more iso yes but these vaults aren't bad (for people not in 5* land).

    Wand of Watoomb vault had a Peggy cover. I can technically USE the other two vaults' 4*, but I sure wasn't going to spend any HP chasing them.

    Peggy, though? Peggy's different.

    Peggy's a classy gal. You gotta be willing to do things you otherwise wouldn't if you want Peggy.

    So I decided at 2/9 odds for the first paid pull and, potentially, 2/8 odds for the second, I'd give it a go.

    The first paid pull was another 500 ISO, but the second one? Peggy. If I get a 3* Strange cover or a Strange LT from either of the other two vaults before the event ends, that's gravy, but I spent all the HP on this event I intend to (other than a roster spot if I get a Strange).

    Luck while spending money? No, thanks... if i wanted to play with luck, i would play slots... bad luck would have same result but good luck would be much more profitable icon_e_biggrin.gif

    You could argue that about pretty much any video game. I'm fine with it in most forms, but this latest is ridiculous and I'm going to call them out on their over the top cash grab. It probably won't make a difference, but my opinion definitely won't make a difference if it's not voiced. I'll also be voicing it the only way the seem to listen, with my wallet.

    I spent 1050 hps on this vault only 2 500 iso draws, and 1 200 hp draw it is sad

    You're supposed to get one from the last node in each sub. That said, I beat the "Orb of Agamotto" node in the Maggia sub, my game says I have a token, but when I go to the Vault there's no token to use.

    Well that's not a free token, it's a reward for beating the node. I thought he meant like a real free token gifted to us.

    No you are definately not the only one who is disappointed.
    This is almost a bad a deal as the cost to buy ISO. I do wonder why I keep getting upset over at least 75% of the decisions D3 have made and I still keep on playing. Must be Stockholm Syndrome or some weird hate/love relationship. Maybe I should try out SM one of these days as it seems I enjoy suffering.

    I just don't spend money with them anymore. I begrudgingly bought the not-so VIP which costs more than my netflix subscription...costs the same as a monthly Xbox live of psn account...cause I liked supporting the game.

    But that's over now. I might of bought some HP if the vault was worth a damn, but the measly chance at a 4 star (two of whom I have those colors maxed), a 3 star that will be unusable as a 5 star for months, and LT that gives me a whooping 10% chance at a 5 star that I'll get another cover too next month if I'm lucky; well thanks but no thanks.

    But hey, I'm sure some whale will more than make up for the lost revenue from just me.

    I got one pull, drew a green War Machine. my one draw from the Strange vault was a 3 star Strange.

    If you don't get the token or the 4* cover on your free pull, there are 9 rewards left. Two of those rewards are a 4* cover and a LT.
