SiliconValley is recruiting player #17 of 20. We are an active Alliance that places in the top 500 for both PvE and PvP events. That performance pays all of our members a steady stream of covers, ISO, and HP. We don't have any performance requirements, but our players are generally on every day.

We're looking for daily players who have at least one 85 and are willing to commit by buying a new slot for the next member. The cost is currently 1800 HP (gold HP, not purple ISO).

As a result of our "pay-it-forward" requirement, our Alliance has very little turnover. We are stable, fun, and helpful on in-game chat.

Hi Stark27 interested in joining. Sent a request. Use to be a commander in Final fantasy for months. But a previous commander left and made 10 of us commanders and many are inactive so the alliance has gone down hill. Up to around 5700 in season 2 but my main aim was the 10 cover pack, stopped at that because no other benefits. If I was in a good alliance I feel comfortable I could acheive 7000 easily. I have 2 characters over 100 and plenty 3 star to still power up. Steve (Shootthepuck) couldn't private message as only just found this forum.

A few requirements to be a BDB:

•Must maintain a PvE score requirement that will be announced the day of the event. (We try to be fair in picking that number due to it changing every time a new PvE starts)
•Have "line app" (it's a chat app, so everyone can talk no matter what mobile phone you have) The in game chat is not so hot.
•Must have an open sense of humor, we are a bunch of guys and yes girls, that have been friends for years. So it gets fun. And we love to have like minded people!

Your covers really don't matter to us. (Though it will help you in swaying our vote if you have 85s-141s-230s, ha!)

Our alliance is mainly focused on PvE. We want to continue to push for over 100 in PvE only and also keep it fun!

(PvP has been such a grueling task in the past to stay above 100 AND to do PvE, it was not fun. D3 puts out way too many events to have a life and play this game. So we shifted gears to hit PvE hard.((We normally come in 30s-40s for PvE events))

Shake N Bake is a 20 man alliance who normally gets in the top 100.

Expectations of the Alliance:

In order to make sure we our alliance is competitive and active there will be expectations for participating in events. In our alliance we vote at shake-n-bake.freeforums.net (linked in my pic on my signature below) to decide which events we all "target," or try for. This ensures everyone is pulling their weight for these events and that we get the valuable covers these events usually have.Targeting gives members a break from playing every event while ensuring important covers are still obtained.

For weekly targeted PVP alliance events members are expected to earn at least 400 points. In targeted PVE events your point total can be no lower than 20% less than the alliance's average by the last day of the event. If expectations are not met, that member will be kicked from the alliance. Exceptions are made if you have real life complications and contact me before or immediately after. Frequent offenses are not tolerated however.

Send me a list of your top 8 characters cover count, level and season 2 point total so we can consider recruiting you. Our requirements are fairly relaxed, but we do have a minimum requirement.

This placement has been filled. However, after the end of season 2, we'll be doing some restructuring. We're losing a few members to school, college, moving, and 5DX (damn headhunters), so we're going to need 4 slots to fill. We all have over 6000 in the season with about half the alliance upwards of 9k, we've done a pretty darn good job of staying top 100 after trimming the lazier players. We're not super hardcore, but we'd like to see upwards of 500 in most PvP events. If you scored 6k or better last season, have a solid 2* or 3* roster, and are friendly, we'd be proud to welcome you aboard.

(We are currently as of writing this #79 in the ranking with 165k points and several of our members not started on the Thor event. We are solidly a top 100 alliance. We don't tend to focus on PvE as much unless the rewards are particularly nice.)

Fallout is looking for a replacement for our 20th slot. We have been consistently performing in the top 50 or 100 and are looking to get our roster back up to full strength. Here is what we are looking for:

- A little more than a casual player who participates in every event (we are working on point minimums at the moment, nothing too hardcore, but something that shows effort)
- At least 8000 points in Season 2
- A decent roster, minimum some maxed 85's and working on transitioning to 3*
- Someone who is active in alliance chat
- At least 600 in PvP's
- At least 9k in ISO-8 PVE at the moment

Fallout alliance is currently #20 in ISO-8, #103 in Season 2 and finished #48 in last PvP (cage match) and top 50 in thick as thieves.
