    When will you be posting more details about boss wave nodes? How many waves will there be and how will scaling work? Also are you building this as we are suppose to lose like Galactus run #1 or will difficulty be set like more recent boss battles?

    Please let us know more info on this

    Its on their support page. The buff looks ok, he should be fun boosted at least.

    Those updates are disappointing. The board destructions green does should at least be a chosen location. Red needs to either go back to it's previous cost, or do even more damage. And purple just seems pretty useless all 'round.

    The lack of SCL in the events is a bummer, too.

    Otherwise, all the other notes about the Anniversary event seem pretty nifty.

    What a disappointment to my pet Dinosaur! I was hoping that D3 would make him better then Donald Duck! How can a Duck be stronger than a Dinosaur? Makes no sense. I have been waiting for a good buff for big DD so people can respect him. But now the buff is a joke and makes a cool Dinosaur look pathetic still!

    Mmm. That red is unfortunate. Same cost as Combined Forces, but doesn't even meet the base damage. Actually, that puts it roughly at the 3 star Cyclops' Optic Blast. Yeah, the changes are a small improvement I guess. Be nice if purple could be selected tiles. The damage is a bit more than Idle Hands, but DD is a Legendary. Don't just throw him a bone. Throw him some meat.

    Not really. A 3AP ability was the only thing he had going for him. That's gone, and he still does 3* damage.

    Dino not withstanding I find it way more frustrating that clearance levels are gone from anniversary.

    Why?

    What is the explanation behind spending all this time developing this awesome feature, then randomly yanking it from events with no reason or explanation.

    If there is an explanation can we get one?

    They don't want you to skip playing the release event because you can just get the character in progression for SCL 7+. They don't want to "give away" too many covers of the new character. Both of these things cut into player engagement and, more importantly, money spent by the whales. They're not saying that, but really, there's no other reason for the convenient pattern of no SCL on release/post-release events.

    They could easily have given another 4star character as progression in the following PVE (not the new release).
    This is a simple way to keep the players glad and willing to spend money, instead of disappointed icon_rolleyes.gif

    For the damage listed they could have left the cost at 7AP. At 7 AP that damage is useful especially if you use someone like OML or Pro X. His purple is an upgrade and can go well with Profesor X to make match 5's.
    What would make his red awsome is if it worked like RHulk green. You get 18 red and he eats a random enemy immediately downing them. You could also make it like super whales where you earn Dino points and you have to use them to down 1 chosen enemy. There are lots of fun things they could have done to make him stronger for users but not broken on defense. Also when he is buffed at max level he is going to have 5* health. That will be a major slug fest.

    That's still an assumption and I don't take it as definite. With their release schedule that would mean they turning it off a few times a month which would be a really poor plan.

    Also I'm at the point where I'm skipping the non SCL events so if their goal is to not skip release events, they are doing it wrong. I don't even want the new covers, I want the other better rewards. Stick any random cover in there and I'd be happy as long as it was still SCL.

    Same with me.. I hate new characters, it's a waste of my hard-earned HP to roster them. I'd rather use them to draw great tokens!

    So sure, avoid giving me the new character.. give me all the increased ISO, HP, CP and tokens instead!

    Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater!

    I liked the 3ap purple devil dino dance! It's too bad that it's been made more expensive and simplified. The updates seem to cautious... dmg is up, but ap cost is up too. I'm not sure what meta he fits into. I'll still champion him!!! But oh well.

    Did Dino just get nerfed? His powers seem worse now. He was more fun when he was a giant meat shield with cheap powers. Giving him 10k or so extra hit points, keeping his powers the same and maybe even lowering their cost would have been much more fun
  • What's sad is that Devil Dinosaur's new green is still better than XFW's... come on!

    I would LOVE the amount of iso8.png multiplier is based on the anniversary of the game as that would really help me speed up levelling my star.pngstar.pngstar.pngstar.png but it's still a familiar welcome with double iso8.png

    I had hoped that since Ragnarok's "buff" that the devs had learned that you don't just buff characters by giving them stronger but more expensive abilities. The whole point of Devil Dinosaur is cheap abilities. For heaven's sake please reconsider his purple change. He's the only character in the game with a 3AP ability and it's nice to keep him unique that way, and not turn him into another generic character.
