    It should give the +1CP ALWAYS when you buy the VIP, less problems and everybody happy.

    this entire thread just speaks to the disconnect between the developers and the players. To them, 1 CP is generous and meaningful gesture, despite the fact that a single CP (once a month) has virtually NO impact on a player's daily life.
