    Your mag looks fine, locked. I had a 5/5/3 magneto with patch originally. While it is the safer build (i.e. I virtually never lost a match) it takes longer to beat the opponent's team overall. I like 5/4/4 better for competing in PvP and PVE because I can get more points in a shorter amount of time.

    Shielded for 24 hours with 755 pts in the Best There Is! Was getting attacked too much. Hopefully I remain in the top 10.

    Going on vacation until Monday in a couple of hours. I might be able to play a little here and there, but I'm not sure. Good luck! Hope everyone places well!

    Got to 4th with 545 and shielded, but it was a struggle to get even that high. My only wolverine - aside from the 2 patch tokens from the recent event - is a 50 Astonishing. Doubt I'll hold onto the top 10, but here's hoping.

    Does anyone know what the reset time is for the ISO event? Is it every 12 hours?

    I can't even say. The first two rounds (sets) of nodes disappeared after 24 hrs each, maybe refreshing each 12 hrs, I dunno. I was hoping the 3rd set would only disappear after 24 hrs as well, but it went away after 12 hrs and gave us the new set of nodes. Pity that I haven't even touched the 3rd set at all. Have to do the nodes at least once every 12 hrs now for fear of losing them.

    Oh, nice, LazyCap tourney has BWGS covers. That's my lowest-covered 3-star. Aside from LazyOnes, ofc icon_lol.gif

    712 in Wolvie tourney, shielded. Should be enough to keep me in top10, I hope. And I see us at 11th place in alliance chart, and climbing, good, good. Does not affect reward but makes one feel proud.

    I just shielded too at 737 and 5th - hopefully will stay top 10 but could be tight. Must be my MMR group but kept getting hit multiple times by the same guys. 4am finish means no late push for me....

    Thanks for the advice, ran 2* wolv with cmags and hood - his steal meant i could beat lvl 280 buffed patches without them getting off a power. Hood is definitely growing on me so i pushed my iso to him to 96 (finished his covers in last LR where incidentally I saw 3 fellow alliance members in the top 20 with me so good job all!)

    GSBW awards look good - top reward is green which i already have maxed (have 5/4/1) so hopefully can get the other 2 comfortably.

    Argh, 527 and shielded in exactly 50th place in the Wolverine tournament. I'll check it with about eight minutes left, and if I've slipped below 50th I'll try to win one fight to keep myself in the top 50. There's only one point between me and 51st.

    Thanks everyone for the yellow Cap cover! The ISO is so much sweeter though, I already brought Patch to lvl 60-ish (not gonna level Cap, until we get more covers and, well, looks unlikely we get more Cap covers from the Unstable ISO unless the points double and triple).

    Hopefully competition for GSBW is less fierce and anyway! It's not doubly buffed Wolverines, our healthpacks are safe at least icon_e_biggrin.gif I would like green & purple GS though, she's so rare to come by.

    Yes indeed, thanks for the hard work guys and girls! I slipped to 51st place with 7 minutes left to go, and decided to just go for it. I got one of those crazy cascades that let me win a fight quickly (Karma must have decided to take pity on me after a previous fight, where an unbelievable enemy blue cascade in the Captain America tournament led to my team being STUN LOCKED BY CAP'S BLUE. At one point there were THREE Peacemaker countdown blue AP return tiles out, and I couldn't do a thing about them (my OBW had increased the countdown on them). Even more insulting, the enemy had a maxed Classic Storm, but she didn't even bother with Wind Storm - just kept hammering me with Peacemaker. I felt just like I was playing a real live player and was being cruelly toyed with (as we all like to do when we have the enemy on the ropes from time to time) ) Anyway, my last minute battle helped me retain top fifty, so I'm a happy Moose!

    I fought like a crazy person to stay in the top 10, but it just wasn't happening. Took me 2 hrs to go from 545 to 700; last fight was going to be the one that took me over 700 and then I was going to shield. Finished, started to celebrate, and then did a triple take, "wait, that says 611, not 711!" Seems I got attacked 5 times during that last battle and lost something like 120 points! Lol. Ah well. Good job everyone!

    My laptop needs some keyboard repair (didn't spill cola I swear), so I might take a short break tomorrow or asap seeing as how we have a fail pve and gsbw rewards in pvp (I have a somewhat usable gsbw). We'll see, I'll definitely warn you if unable to play much for a couple of days.

    I only just started the event a few hours ago. Just shielded in 1st with 702. Hopefully that'll be enough to keep me in the top ten, because I'm not sure I'll get the chance to come on again. We're at #71 now, at least, although it's a bit close to the #100 cut off to be comfortable.

    I don't see any point in joining early. I do the opposite: join as late as possible. If you join early you give the competitors in the your bracket more time to grid. And you stay open to be attacked for longer.

    So I will wait one more hour before joining LazyCap tourney. Then bash heads for 3-4 hours at a relaxed pace, shield up and call it a night. This 'strategy' usually places me around 700 pts, varies depending on RL commitments and specifics of the tourney itself.

    Edit: 833 pts, and alliance is at 19 place atm. Good MPQ evening icon_e_wink.gif
