    I'm in a bracket at 300 with people I do not recognize. Current plan is to tank Lightning rounds then win this. My MMR is too savage right now to expect good results.

    Yeah, I haven't even joined Fearless Defenders yet. I'll jump in at lunchtime, probably. I do need red and black hulk covers so I'll be aiming for top ten at least.

    I'm trying to do the odd high value match but I have having beyond the most frustrating time in a long while. First match won with 100 hp on patch. Wiped the second match. 3rd match lost OBW, patch and punisher super hurt.

    Can't buy a game where something reasonable happens. Black Panther's swipe is still pants on head ****. May just level him and Thor because it's so frustrating to play against.

    With nobody buffed, the game slows down a lot. Last night the bracket leader was in the 400s. Now about 550. Not sure if it's the format or burnout from The Simulator, but not many high value targets, yet. I expected to have higher totals with HP progression at 900.

    I was hitting people in the 700/800 range from 350 so I figured do that now.

    I jumped into the ISO-8 event. My non-essential goon battles are already at 230. Juggernaut and Venom are at 211. icon_e_sad.gif

    They really need to start rotating alliance events with non-alliance events.

    I don't have time to jump in atm yet, at work. I can usually get by with some play, put in a tank team at high points in the lit round for example. But gonna wait until I get home for this.

    OBW and storm are both mid 40s. Patch 93 and Hulk 83. 40k ISO in the bank.

    I am so tempted to spend it for adding 20 levels each to OBW and storm.

    Yeah, I dropped my ISO reserve into leveling up Patch since he was buffed for this event. So far I'm really enjoying him + OBW this event.

    90k ISO banked, all relevant buffed characters are maxed or capped. Well I can bring better cap to 20 or whatever his current max is.

    Man at 5717 for whatever that is worth, I see why they didn't run this event again, I can see this being very unpopular soon. Like the comic commentary at least. Going to hit a few more plus 100 point nodes in an hour or two to get more banding, that means if its a 12 hour refresh I can do a full lap in the morning.

    I got up to 6224 in the ISO-8 tourney and 4th place. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I am kind of enjoying the goon battles for a change of pace.

    Made it up to 400 in Fearless Defenders earlier, will probably jump into it again in a little while.

    Goons vs OBW and Hood = pure joy

    Hood can steal from their auto AP generation, so abilities fill up quick and tile spawn rates down. Plus twin pistols are great for killing wolverine's purple strike tiles and countdown tiles.

    Probably going to make a run in Fearless tomorrow morning, don't think I can get it done tonight. Current lead in my bracket is low 700 so it should be plenty obtainable as long as the game doesn't screw with me like it did this afternoon. At the very minimum will top 5 for my first red Hulk. Can usually hit 900 when properly tanked without too much difficulty. The point about not running with a buffed roster is something to keep in mind. If I need to I will boost to offset that, it will be expensive but if it comes with an X-Force a negative ISO median will be worth it. The thing about my roster is I have 2 maxed Villains 2 maxed Heroes so I have to run with an 85 on each side, most tourneys do not make me split my strengths like that, much prefer villains only. Heros is OBW. Will probably work on Thor as I get covers, he would be quite good as a bulky deterrent and can get some wins on offense.

    The event is another matter, falling in rank and pretty sure I cannot gain enough points to take first even if I wanted too. Levels are spiking but not as bad as most people's. But if it as heinous for most people as I suspect, D3 will step in and adjust things.

    EDIT: Generally my team for mook smashing is Hood, Patches, Cmags. Before CMags it was OBW.

    I don't know about this event, unless they make it reasonable I wont be pushing for top prize, which is fine because I don't need that pressure 3rd event in a row.

    I've beaten each node once so far and replayed the few that were worth 200 points or more. That was good enough for over 6000 points and 14th place. If I can just do that for each refresh I would be quite happy.

    I am tempted to untank in Fearless Defenders...the bracket I'm in is pretty slow, 400 gets you in the top 10 currently.

    Nw problem is who to team him together with my lazy thor. At the moment seems like alot obw around mine although full coverrd only lvl 20. Currently just aiming top 50 for new event for HT.
