Worst decision you made so far

Just curious what other people think is the worst decision they've made in this game so far. For me it's one of two:

1) Spending over 1000hp on heroic daily deals, because I thought it was a good deal.
2) Selling my lvl85 Thor and lvl60+ Wolverine after the nerf for loads of iso, then realising it was only enough for about the first 50 levels on my Ares... and then watching as respec became a reality

How about you guys? (And which of the above do you think is worse?)

Putting ISO into bagman because I was like, wow, my first two star character, this will make life so much easier.

Can't recall anything worth mentioning. I do some bad decisions in picking the match in game I regret -- most of them probably in prologue healing, grabbing for another match instead of activating the yellow to see the game end. In Hulk was regretting not go after Rags first like in the original runs.

About yours: spending HP on tokens is definitely poor choice. Selling characters worked fine for people dumping the ISO into Patch, didn't hear anyone regret it even when respec arrived. Probably your problem is more around leveling another ** not the sell. But if you found good use of Ares you should be happy with the deal and enjoy some bonus HP too. If that sell deal would be around today I'd probably sell Wolverine without a second thought, and Thor too is they offered anything notable for puny lvl22 At least would have some value for the ** covers again.

Edit: found one. I decided to level spidey form 75 to 90. Completely overlooking that then his yellow outranks my 115 patch at limit. Sure it will get fixed as soon as I pick up a G or R cover but those avoid me since he made debut.

I spent 100 HP on a heroic token fairly early on and got a 3* Doctor Doom - Summon Demons. There was a 3* only tournament going on at the time, so I managed to enter it & win some prizes I wouldn't have got otherwise. Looking back I realize I was quite lucky with this, but I still think a few heroic tokens at 100HP can still be useful when you don't have many 2* characters.

My worst decision was choosing to sell of my first few OBW covers when I ran out of rooster space, when I should have chosen someone else to dump. I never managed to level her up since, because I never had enough covers to make it worthwhile until I was transitioning to 3*.

Leveling Moonstone as my first **. I dumped tons of iso into her and she never lived up to any potential.

For me the most memorable brain malfunction would definitely be my fiery romance with Yelena Belova. Pretty much at the beginning of the game there was a Dark Avengers only tournament - the first one ever launched (remember the day, fellow veterans?). I was still deep in my 1* days, the range of available characters was poor to say the least - I had a maxed Venom, a nearly maxed Daken, a far-from-maxed Moonstone (stuck on level cap due to lack of covers) and Yelena (Ares hadn't been introduced to the game yet, and Ragnarok was far beyond reach). What did I do then? Well, I maxed Yelena of course, dumping a tinykittyload of Iso into her, hoping to make an impact in the tourney. Obviously, I got thrashed by pre-nerf Ragnarok teams, got stuck somewhere in the middle of brackets, and have never used Yelena for anything later on, as she proved to be worthless. Ha.

Those were the days, the lvl6 Moonstone did some decent work there as my only darkling, by the end getting lvl1 Venom as company.

As mentioned I also applied some 10k more ISO to Moonstone than makes sense -- mostly during the Women only tournament where by the end OBW took over, but the amount is hardly big deal. She stopped at 55 then and stuck ever since. I probably miss more the ISO spent on Hawk** from 20 to 40 during some pvp when the rebalance list was issued with promise he will improve.

Dumped two x force wolves for roster space and some hp.
Dumped several three star covers that I know have multiplies of which include Spider-Man and c.magneto.
Looking back I should have dumped other less desirables but I'm pretty much content.

Though apart from that not much since I haven't bought anything with my own money.
Just been lucky with pulls and tourneys.

Spending about 2-3k HP on tokens for a chance at Spidey. This was before they started sales and giving out Spidey like candy. About a month after I sold a ton of excess covers. Which I also now regret (want to build a 2nd Spidey).

That HP would be really handy right about now for alliance slots.
