Thanks for booting immediately before the event ended, good to know a weeks work was thrown away despite offering on the day the alliance went past 5 members I'd pay. Never mind.

BTW I know I paid 10 to get in to make up for the higher amount per member for the last slots.

Not wanting to have a drama alliance, but here's the deal with Tarquoss being out, and Thesmok being in.

From the beginning, everyone who is a commander had either paid towards the HP to open spots, or used there own HP to open the next spot. Once you're a commander, you have as much control as anyone in the alliance and can never be removed.

I'm not looking for new guys to recruit, we've got a solid top 10 group that I'm happy with, but I saw Thesmok post a screen shot of him sitting in 1st place in the simulator, and he was looking for an alliance. I could verify it because he happened to be in my bracket and I saw him on top. I made a move to help the alliance. We were 12th before i removed Tarquoss, and didn't move after I removed him, as soon as I added Thesmok we jumped up to 8th just based on his score.

I'd explained a few pages back I've had basically the busiest week if my life. I've been working 2 jobs totalling 70 hours per week because my old work **** me with my leaving dates. This of course meant I had to sacrifice grinding time, and yet I still got every point I could manage just to help out you guys. . I'll arrange my next job change to not fall on a pve week in future. Nice knowing you.

Just to throw it out there, if ANY of our Commanders end up getting sick of the game and aren't playing, I will buy your spot back from you so we don't have dead weight. So, if your gonna pack it in, at least leave the alliance and grab $10 on your way out


Kinda disappointing to see that 5 of our group only got the Blue Cap alliance reward. Didn't you only need like top 250 to at least grab the yellow too?

It was top 75 for the cap yellow cover, and personally I felt that covering obw was more important at the time, especially since I can heal in prologue now without waiting on health packs or characters to regen.

I let myself drop too. Having a maxed cover OBW is so much stronger than two lame Cap covers. My wolverine, OBW combo is so strong now with that 4th black and 5th blue. It just isn't as tactical to push for top points all the time. Now, when it comes to PvP, there isn't any reason not to go for the top spot, considering that you only get one 2* cover, as opposed to 2 3* covers with a good chuck of iso and HP.

I personally think that the PvE are too much of a grind, especially for people with full time jobs. If refreshs were 20 hrs or something instead of 12, that would make it a lot easier, but the way it is, getting a refresh every 12 hours is impossible as it falls on working hours during weekdays. You can still get a lot of points, but getting top 10 in PvE with all the rubber-banding at the last minute at work is tough, so I understand people slacking on those events. PvP on the other hand, you can push up to 600-700ish, drop a shield, and be guarenteed a top 10 finish. We make enough Hp from alliance finishs to cover even if you need to drop a 150HP shield, which is what I will need to do tomorrow. I was just sitting at over 1000HP from events with at least 1/3 to 1/2 of that solely from alliance rewards. That doesn't include the 2 350 HP roster slots I just bought or the HP shields I buy for PvP(which is a lot actually). So, if PvE gets slacked on, I understand. Just try to be tactical and finish at least 500-600 points in PvP if you can.

I can totally understand it if you need the OBW covers, she's pretty much a lock on my team.

Personally, I don't even want stupid lazy Cap, but he'll definitely be highly buffed in the next event.

Lazy Thor I understand, but not Cap. I only have my 2 star Cap at 55 and no plans to bring him higher.

I just threw a 24 hour Shield up in Fearless Defenders. I'm sitting at #1 with 644pts. Doubt that'll get me a win, but all I need is a top 10 for the covers and now I can forget about that event till its over
