The 3rd round of the Sim is hard as hell. I've stopped worrying about the refresh times so much too too. I've been grinding the 4-5 highest point missions per Sub like 2-3 times per day and that has been enough to keep me in the top 3 over all, top 25 easy, and top 5 hard. With the enemies this hard and the point values being relatively low compared to their difficulty, i think this is a nice balance between grinding and keeping my sanity,

Best end to a fight ever. Had a pyro tile go off with cstorm on my team, and drop everyone below 50% health. insta gibbed the other team )

This round hasn't been as bad for me, mostly because I lvled my hood up to 75 or so for the LR to try for a hood, but it had the added bonus of making him second strongest buffed character behind only wolverine barely. his steal is actually really op vs henchmen. I only have a little over 110000 total because I wasn't able to play last round because of work, but I'm beating the team average for the subs by a substantial amount. Just need to get crackin on that thor tourney to get me some patches.

Lazy Thor up to 120. Ran him to 300 pts in PVP then sacrificed my entire roster to the lightning round gods on the last round. Ran up to 550 and sitting 5th unshielded as he buffs to 179.

ive been noticing if you can rally your alliance and get 700 mostly for each member and shield up, no other alliances have been getting over 14000. I think if we focused on this thor event we could nab that #1 pretty easy. the 500 hP for that is well worth it. I tanked hard enough in the LR that I might be able to make 800 if I get a lucky run with no retaliations.

Sitting @ #1 in my Thor bracket. Whe I saw the patch rewards I was heck yeah need those like roses need the rain. Not staying up til 3am again for hard/easy sim conclusions to win 2 hawkeyes and trash cards. Seems that I just do a few of the highest point nodes and I should finish top 5 overall in my bracket.

Boy that hood/widow mode is monstrous hard. Tried without spidey but end up flat on my face every time.

I think we can get that 1st if everyone goes into overdrive. If we can get everyone up with you in the 700s I think we can lock it down. It will just take everyone focusing on it. of course, I am really stoked for this new villians tourney too.

Havnt been too active last 2 days, hectic time for me. Still, managed a push in Thor today nabbing 6th place and 500 points (based entirely on retaliation from my 300 push). Will put in the points I can but the ending is a bad time for me

So I'm sitting 660 in Thor event and notice that the hood event started

So I quickly set up my seed team and start sacrificing my covers in the hood event when I get an attack notice and that it had lost 50 pts. I check the team and see that the guy has nothing higher than level 10.

The game had imprinted my tank team over my Thor team.

I quickly killed him with my main team. I am a bit ticked off right now.

I used Ares in that one. Go for Green as quick as possible and Onslaught him. Out of all the character options I think Ares is the quickest to get major damage out with the buffs.

Hi all,

grrrr i was at 750 Points and wanted the 8 hour shield but i had to wait until the event only lasts for 8 Hours. But then I was being attacked every minute. In the end i was at 520 Points but still managed to achieve 650. And now i m out of health pack

Don't need Patch so just ran my score up to 300+ for the Heroic token and sitting around 50th. While a little extra ISO is always nice I'll probably hang in the 50-75 range and let someone else have a Patch cover. We're solidly in the 2nd tier of Alliance rewards and doubtful we could push up to 1st.

FYI: the Hood event special token has only the Hood as 3* options in it. Great if you need Hood covers, but if you don't then you're better off holding on to them and let them revert to regular Heroic tokens after the event.

And it looks like we have a 3* Lazy Daken on the way, along with Human Torch. Daken could be a real nasty bugger with amped levels, damage and healing.

Just hit my highest ever in PVP at 428, and I'm shielded now at 25. should I try dropping shields in the last few minutes, or just ride it out till the end?

im above 500 right now unshielded. i do t need the green patch cover and ive got no shot @ top 10, but i will be playing throughout the evening to maintain my rank for the alliance reward.

So frustrated right now!!! Currently at 655 in the Lord of thunder tournament. Every time I get close to 700 I get hit for negative a 100+ points. I worked my way back up to 655 from just above 500 and shielded. I think I'm going to stay at this point, it's currently the 15th spot. I do not need any of the patch covers and I fear that if I unshield and try to get more points I will just end up losing more than gaining. Sorry that I can't contribute more. Good luck to the rest of the gang.
