Anyone still awaiting Assault token corrections?

    I'm still waiting on 3 assault tokens. I've sent numerous emails but haven't heard a single word back from devs. At this point I've given up on ever hearing anything, and have stopped using real money for the app.

    Well I'm still missing the 3000 ISO for the win in the fearless defenders tournament, which ended three days ago. Took them 5 days or so to hand out the missing Loki cover for a previous tournament, so I'm not holding my breath.

    I received my replacement heroic tokens last night. I sent my original ticket in on 2/22 or 2/23 and had to send several follow up emails. Sucks that you have to stay on them every few days, but it appears that might be the only way to get a response

    I'm still missing a heroic token from several weeks ago. With all the grinding already present in MPQ, I don't know if I'm up to the additional email grind necessary to get support's attention.

    Just sent them another email regarding mine. Its a tad annoying but in the grand scheme of things its not that bad. Would be nice if they gave me a lazy Thor for compensation though (hell, i'd take one rather than the missing tokens lol)

    im still waiting from early feb. the automated email response i have is from feb 26, but i put 2 in the week before that, that didn't even get me a automated response. i also pm'd d3pcs on march 10 to no response, so yeah, the wait is getting pretty ****.

    I'm on the same situation. Not sure if sending in multiple tickets for the same issue will speed the devs in fixing this for me or just annoying them & making me wait / ignore me :/

    Since I'm going on like 4 weeks now with no word I'm hoping I get double heroics like a few people have and something else for the 4 week wait. Like 2 heroics per week or 2 covers of my choice per week. 4 weeks waiting without a word is just abysmal customer service.

    Got my response yesterday. They gave me an additional 4 heroic tokens to compensate.

    Got a C. Mags Blue I needed so I can't complain too much.

    mine is finally resolved between emails today and yesterday, got 5 heroic tokens but nothing extra like everyone else. nice they are working on wekeend, grats to all that got extra stuff out of it.

    Same resolution here as Oletheos. A bit disappointing, especially since I got junk out of those 5 tokens. Mostly powers I already maxed out on 2* characters.

    However, I did then magically get a IW out of a different token shortly afterwards, so I can't complain too much icon_e_smile.gif

    Decided to finally open a ticket for this.
    Apparently, CS thinks that I didn't participate in the fearless defenders tourney and therefore did not win any rewards, so of course no 3000 ISO either.
    M'kay... so I guess that Baglady and the other covers I got are a figment of my imagination - despite having screenshots of the leaderboard and the rewards.
    Which I even sent to CS.
    Oh we'll, it's only ISO, and if "their records" don't show me participating then I guess I did not.

    They told me I got the correct number of rewards so no 3000 iso for me. But you never know they might respond to my follow up email. Not a big deal either way but really silly.

    I think one of the subs didn't give me my tokens but gave me my ISO and HP.

    That's never happened to me before icon_e_sad.gif

    - I take it back, I just got them. Cripes, that was late.

    their cs is abysmal. multiple issues sent, wait a long time for a reply, then i get the reply that it's my device and os. no, sorry, my device and os are fine. your app crashes randomly from time to time. i did not retreat from battle your app just decided to crash. get those two straight d3.
